I needed a new water heater and they did a good job installing it. However, the service was provided at the beginning of 2021 (today is November of 2022). They reached out to me one time last year and I said I paid for the service. I did not hear anything else for a year, and just now I got another email We have made several attempts to collect payment. No payment has been made and we have moved forward with a property lien.

I had a fairly urgent leak from the water supply valves to my washer. I had contacted other companies for days and never heard back or was given the run around. I reached out to Rescue Plumbing and left a voicemail. I received a phone call within 15 minutes asking more questions about the issue and to send in pictures. After sending in the photos, Herb was able to quote me via text because I was at work and ensured he could fit me in today. Herb managed to fit me in 3 hours later, fixed the problem and even quoted some other services that we needed done. Herb was professional, on time, responsive and extremely helpful. I will be having more work done next week and I will be telling everyone I know, they should also use Rescue Plumbing. Thank you so much for making a stressful situation as easy as possible, you're the best!
