We have several properties and wouldn't think of calling any other business when the urgent need for plumbing expertise arises. Our family has done business with them for over 25 years and will continue to. A wonderful family business with the knowledge and experience to fairly assess and handle any situation. They may not always be the cheapest, but they are without question, the best!

Jarrett is the most professional and competent plumber we have encountered since moving to Florida 2 years ago and we have interacted with more than 5. He was on time and was able to determine what needed to be done to install our whole house water softener and filter and repair a toilet. He executed the installation per the plan and everything is working great. Jarret was a pleasure to work with and we will call him first the next time we need plumbing work done.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

We called McGill Plumbing to have them come look at our water heater which was no longer producing hot water. Konstantin arrived exactly when they said he would. He immediately set to work on it, and I expected him to tell me that we would need to replace the unit. Within 30 minutes, he had replaced the bad parts, flushed the tank, and was refilling and testing it again! Very reasonably priced, and loved that he didnt just try to sell me a new Hot Water Heater!! Konstantin was prompt, professional, and knew exactly what he was doing! Would definitely call McGill Plumbing again!

Dalton and his crew installed our gas water heater, gas range and a water softener system, and brought in a new water line from the street. He also did all the backbone work for the gas company. Everything that he proposed he did with exceptional quality. They are such a professional company. All our work was permitted work, all inspections passed. We are so thankful to have had Dalton's company work on our home. They are such a joy to work with... This company is the best in St. Petersburg!

I wish all contractors had the work ethic that Sam and his team display. Sam returns my calls and texts right away and was always able to accommodate my projects into his schedule quickly. He saved the day when he not only sourced a Gas Tankless Water Heater he installed it Thanksgiving week before I had guests arriving for the holiday!

We used them twice. It was easy to get an appointment. They were fair and saved us from getting unnecessary expensive work done.

This was the third time having Max Solon Plumbing out. First to install a faucet, then to install 2 water filters, and just now to handle a sewer problem. Each time my call was responded to very quickly and efficiently. Pepe was on time and knowledgeable and courteous. I appreciate this kind of professionalism!

Although they originally said they'd be here Wednesday, and then Friday between 12 and 2, they finally arrived at 345 Friday. The friendly plumber, Spencer, determined we needed a new HWH. It was approaching quitting time on a Friday but he was thoughtful and considerate enough to assure me he'd fix our problem before leaving, which he did. I would recommend Salemme Plumbing.
