Ok- I'll admit it, I nearly cancelled my service with them all together. The scheduling was all over the place, and communication was poor overall.. However, it was a holiday weekend and maybe this was a one time event. They were professional on the phone, but did not update me about any last minute changes etc until I called. That being said, the plumber who serviced our house was fantastic. Austin went above and beyond to explain things, in addition to installing the RO system I purchased. You could tell that he wanted to put a stamp of approval on his work, which very admirable quality. The pricing was very reasonable, as I expected to pay more. He stayed quite a while to trouble shoot other issues, explain the piping. He suggested repairs and updates but not in a pushy way. I was interested in these services and he did a great job explaining what he would recommend. There was no sales pitch, just information that I appreciate (Given the misinformation online). Scheduling was choppy, but I'll give it a pass given how impressed I was with the service. I was ready to cancel all together and find a new service provider, but today's service changed that and I will continue my services here because of it.

I'm very impressed with Midway air conditioning services. Mike was right on time. He did a thorough job and fixed an existing problem I had for years. He diagnosed another problem and it was quickly fixed as well. I found him to be polite, neat and clean and expedient

Robert was awesome! My dad has Alzheimer's and my mom has the beginning of dementia issues. He handled her with kindness, simple explanations, professionalism, and understanding of the in-home situation. The issue of confusion for my mom on the thermostat was explained and options offered. Would highly recommend.
