The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

Michael is an excellent plumber. He is efficient, prompt, very clean and reasonably priced. We have hired him at different times over the past 10 years. I highly recommend his services.

There's only good things I could say about Advanced Plumbing. Their service is timely and their work is quality. They did all of our work which included plumbing a new ADA bathroom as well as 3 commercial sinks and water heater in my coffee shop. Our technician was John and he was nothing but helpful. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and worked until all inspection were approved. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Hello. I would just like to give a huge shout out to Mike. He was at my apartment with his co-worker roughly the 7th of August. I can not remember the guys name that was out here with mike the first time. But they both were amazing. Made sure I was well taken care of. Well Mike was back for an another issue yesterday with a co-worker Eric and mike worked so hard to make sure my issue was fixed as well as the co-worker who came a little later. Mike definitely takes pride in his job. Both so respectful and honest. They definitely deserve to be recognized. Thank you!

Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

This was a fantastic company, we had an emergency with a drain that required immediate attention and this was the most responsive quick service that also held a quality standard. Andriy, Alejandro & Paul replaced our nearly worn AC unit. They called about 1/2 hour before arrival. They were extremely polite, very professional & walked us through the controls of our new Lennox. It works beautifully keeping our home cool while the heat index soars above 106. Andriy is truly an asset to Midway. I say this because we had little contact w/ the other workers. They are a great team

These guys are nothing but clown car operators. I will never use them again. Very unprofessional. They were hired by my GC to completely redo all sewer lines and plumbing as part of my home renovation. Nearly a $500k project overall with probably $30k plus for plumbing. They were not on time. Their people were sloppy leaving parts all over the place. Lost critical parts to a $3k rainshower. They have been back 4 times 3 different people and it still doesn’t work. We were scheduled to move into our home today and we’re told they couldn’t come back to finish the critical stuff we needed for day to day living until next Tuesday. Very poor quality. Very poor service. Not responsive. No passion they just don’t care. Very disappointed. Avoid them. They are terrible.

Both guys were the ultimate professionals. They were knowledgeable proficient clean and honest all the things you want in a team. If both of these mean reflect the quality of people working for this company, then this company will always be in business.

Mike is my go to guy for all my needs around the house. He is wonderful at taking my projects to the next (and finished) level. I am so appreciative of his ability to translate my needs into reality. Today he came over, did a quick assessment, made a game plan and was back with all the materials needed to complete the job. He is quick and efficient and his work always exceeds my expectations.
