The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

I have used Stan for multiple plumbing fixes in the house ranging from repairing a hot line leak under the slab to simple stuff like replacing the float mechanism in our guest bathroom toilet. It’s an older house so things are starting to fail and Stan has been there to keep things “afloat” as it were.

His latest work was installing a new hot water heater in our house. He spent longer than planned but made sure it was done right. It came out looking great and works great! Nothing more I can ask for.

I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Charles was a delight to work with. He provided quick service, quality workmanship , and reasonable rates. My old plumbing provided challenges and Charles tackled them with a smile. He even took extra time to show me everything along the way and educate me on plumbing. The best part was two other plumbers tried to sell me a full house repipe, which I knew was not needed. I have copper pipes in the house already! Shame on them, bravo to Charles.

I was very impressed with how fast I received response to my voicemail, and in very short order, I received notification that someone was on the way (and I could track their location through a website sent to me in a text message informing me thy were on their way). They assessed the clog situation, provided me (a very reasonable quote), and did the work, all in a very timely fashion. Very professional and courteous. Will definitely be my first call for my next plumbing issue.

Mark from Everyday immediately called me to schedule an appointment early the next day. Patrick, their plumbing representative arrived early which was appreciated.
