UGH! I spent the day working in my yard so all I wanted to do was take a hot shower. But my tub was clogged and the water would not drain even a little bit. I did everything I knew to do to no avail. So, the next day I called the only plumber who has worked at my house since 1996-Billy The Sunshine Plumber! Mark arrived within the time frame that was given to me. He was persistent despite the stubbornness of the clog. He was so kind and even cleaned my tub when he was finished! Thanks again Mark and BTSP for being reliable when I need you the most!
