I had to replace 4 rusted water valves. Called a few local plumbers who either charged way too much or didn’t bother to get back to me with an estimate. Ivan with Heavenly Plumbing was professional and responsive. Giving me an simple estimate from a few pics his tech showed up within a few days and did all the work within a few hours. Gary is by far the most professional and knowledgeable plumber we have worked with! He was so patient with my husband who likes to do Everything himself and actually walked him through every step he made to get our problem resolved. I highly recommend 89$ Leak Detection. I called late Monday evening and was expecting to have to leave a message. To my surprise, Gary answered the phone when I called so I didn't have to leave a message or wait for a call back. A Hugh plus to start with. He came out the next night and was able to find where my leak was coming from in less than an hour. It ended up being an AC pipe issue. I called my AC company while Gary was still at my house and he even took the time to talk to the AC guy to explain what he found and discussed the best solution to fix the problem. Gary way exceeded my expectations. He's very professional, has a great concern for his customers best interest and his price can't be beat. I had plumber(?) from this company come out and estimate a job for me. It seemed like everything that I requested to be done couldn't be done for some reason or another he finally came up with a proposal however I never received a written or emailed estimate. I was not very impressed and ended up using another company and getting exactly what I wanted/needed done.
