Best Install Thermostat in Saint Petersburg FL

Worst customer service ever!!! I bought a $7000.00 central ac unit from them 4 years ago. I've had problem after problem. Ac not working 3 days now. Unit still covered under a warranty. So yest I had a service call from 8am-12pm. They showed up at 1:30pm. Told me I needed to clean my ac coils AND LEFT. Ac still not working. I called 2 hours later. Asking for someone who knew what they were doing. They scheduled me for today. 12-4pm window. At 7:49pm I JUST HEARD from my tech who is still busy at another job. I will NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN and I hope everyone who is considering using you reads this first. Thanks for absolutely nothing.

Hans came out and repaired a leak we had in the drain line from the a/c. He got the job done quickly and was great to work with!

The service rep was KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, POLITE AND HELPFUL. my issue was plumbing related but I couldn't wait 2 weeks for a toilet installed.

**My review started out great for this company, but please see my updates below.** Sales rep Nate and techs Fred and Jason were very professional, informative and accommodating. Recommendations for the company would be to communicate with customers when arrival times cannot be met and more phone reps or answering service would spare the customer long hold times. Also, a dedicated line for technician call in would greatly assist them. Thanks for getting the job done quickly! **Update** Over one month later, no inspection from the county after multiple calls.**2nd UPDATE** So many 5 star reviews and I've just changed mine from 4 to 2. Almost 6 months after my a/c install and they have returned 3 times to unclog the a/c drain because the system is not level. Nate just promised again, 3 weeks ago, to have it leveled the next week and it hasn't been done. This morning I found that the heat doesn't work AND THEY STILL HAVEN'T HAD IT INSPECTED BY THE COUNTY. **3rd update** Justin came to fix my lack of heat issue and found that the inexperienced crew who installed the system completely left off the installation of a heat strip. He seemed to be an experienced technician and thankfully, I have heat! Once again, I'm promised that the county inspection will be done within a few days, but so far that hasn't happened yet, at one week later.
