Called for emergency service. Dispatcher was rude, condescending, and extremely argumentative. Do not call for night time service. This guy needs sleep.

We needed to have our sewer line replaced. Anthony of The Drain Team made this a much less stressful experience. His positive attitude & complete confidence in himself was a joy to watch. He took control of the situation & got 'er done at a more than fair price. (we had several estimates) Any future plumbing needs will be assigned to The Drain Team & hopefully Anthony!!

Tampa Bay Plumbing responded quickly to our sewer emergency. They worked diligently to find the problem and worked us into their busy schedule. Good communication while on -site. They called in extra help when needed. I recommend them !

I had some doubts when they were unable to be on site in the first four hour window they gave me. I rescheduled for the next day and they made it, and the fast, high quality work made the minor delay worth the wait.Felix is not only an excellent plumber he is jovial and friendly as well. Very satisfied with the work he did for me today (replaced the main water shutoff valve in my condo, started leaking suddenly), and work was completed quickly and efficiently.Thanks Felix, appreciate your time and your easy handling of my unruly and upset neighbor.

The gentleman came to our house to fix our clogged drain however he made a wreck of the bathroom, broke the door frame, got bathroom remnants all over the walls outside of the bathroom. He didn’t even make an effort to clean any of the mess.

UPDATE
After the first employee (Chris) left, the bathroom was put back together but we still had a backup of water. We were contacted by the company in regard to the original review and they did apologize for the poor etiquette of the first employee, had another employee (John) come out the following day to do what the first employee was supposed to do. We haven’t had any plumbing issues since, however there has been no attempt to repair the damage to our door frames that the first employee damaged. Needless to say I will not be using this company for any future plumbing needs

Talk about a dream team! I've paid $200 with other plumbers to get an I don't know, but... diagnosis. Not the case here! They arrived early, detected and fixed the leak in no time and offered a free estimate beforehand. The team's work is quality, and everyone is very professional. I won't use anyone else in the future! So grateful to find these guys.

I am very pleased with Matt's work on replacing my entire sewage line and replacing all of my home's old pipes. His quote was much lower than another plumbing company. He was always on time and could tell he was very meticulous with his work. He is very trustworthy, professional and I would highly recommend him if you need this more intense work done on your plumbing.

I had a worrisome situation with the plumbing in our utility room, a condo that we just bought. Cesar and Sean came out on time, evaluated the situation, and fixed all very efficiently.
