Paul my A/C service technician today, did an absolutely outstanding and thorough job. When he arrived, I found him to be a very pleasant and likable person. I could tell by his professionalism and expertise that he loves his job and loves in a very caring way, the customers he so well serves. He was very detailed in answering my questions and in explaining the Advantage Program. If the opportunity lends itself, I will certainly ask for him at the next PM inspection in July or August.
