This is the most unprofessional, AC company in Florida by far. First of all, they were half an hour late to the appointment. Second of all, the guy wanted to charge me $1,500. For a part that costed me a $137. It literally took me 45 seconds to put it in. And he had the nerve to say? If that's not the issue, I can't refund you the $1500. So basically you are gonna play a guessing game with the equipment that you guys installed in 2017 and gave me10 year warranty on it which Expires in 2027.DON'T BOTHER GOING WITH THEM UNLESS IF YOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF AND FEED YOU BUNCH OF LIES!!!!!!

I had an issue with my ac and was referred to Performance. I set up an appointment and was sent a tech to take care of the issue. Your tech was personable and polite. Hired ABC Plumbing to come to my house to install two faucets in my master bathroom. Technicians were nice people, but they quoted me $739 to install two new faucets unless I joined their Ultimate Advantage Club, then it was over $500 to install the two faucets. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I wouldn;t recommend wasting your time with this company unless you want to overpay by hundreds of dollars for the most simplistic tasks.
