Roberto and Tony (new employee) were just here to get our A/C and heat working again. Very professional, courteous, and helpful in explaining what they were doing and why the problem occurred. Excellent service.

Anthony and his installation partner were very professional and technically sound. The install was done in roughly 6 hours when I was originally told it would probably take 8 or more. Everything was clean and my wife and I appreciate the time they took out to explain everything to us. Very pleased with an outstanding job. Would recommend Performance to family and friends

We had the best experience with Quenton and Juan! Both were timely, super professional and wonderful and fixed the issue with our AC quickly and at a very reasonable cost. If we have an issue again we will definitely be requesting them to come back to service our home!
