Sonny from I Fond Leaks was able to get me an appointment quickly, he was even able to come a little early that day and found my leak quickly so the plumbers could start working on getting it fixed right away. Sonny was very nice and professional and I will be recommending him to the water restoration company my husband works for.

They showed up 1 hr 20 mins late for a 9:30am appointment. Charged $225 to unclog the main pipe going out to the street. I asked for quotes on some additional work and they never called back even after I left a message.

When I spoke to Jamin he had me text pictures of the work I needed done . I received a proposal right away and the appointment was set for a few days later. Jamin comes fully prepared, on time and he explains everything that will be done with a smile. The great thing about him is that he puts you totally at ease. We had a different plumbing company come out to the house a while back and Jamin is by far the best you can get. He knows his stuff. A big plus is his prices are very reasonable. There customer service, or whomever the lady was that answer the phone is very very rude. I called to request a gas piping installation as a contractor. I was placed on hold, then another lady picked up the phone and yelled, WE DONT DEAL WITH CONTRACTORS! Then she hanged up the phone abruptly while I was still on the line.
