This is the third time I have used Heavenly Plumbing for three completely different types of projects and all three experiences have been great. They communicate great and are extremely professional. This project was a water softener installation and I could not be happier with the result. They have also come out to my home for a clogged drain and helped us move our laundry room inside our home instead of in the garage. This is a great company no matter what your need.

But Terrell can an evaluated the situation and gave me his honest opinion regarding the problem. He informed me that all of the pipes did not have to be removed to fix the problem. Because of his honesty I decided to change them anyway. I will recommend his service to any and all because of his honesty, integrity and his affordable prices.

I needed a new water heater and they did a good job installing it. However, the service was provided at the beginning of 2021 (today is November of 2022). They reached out to me one time last year and I said I paid for the service. I did not hear anything else for a year, and just now I got another email We have made several attempts to collect payment. No payment has been made and we have moved forward with a property lien.

They have billing issues

We had kind of an emergency situation. Lamar and crew saved the day. It is not easy replacing an AC in August but they did it! He was honest, informed and professional. Very happy with this service.
