On a Sunday morning with my husband deployed and a house full of family visiting from out of town, a toilet overflowed and then all of our toilets and sinks/showers clogged! We were in dire need of a plumber, and Charles Thompson came to the rescue.

Other plumbing companies put me on hold forever and gave me the run around, and would be sending a guy from outside Tampa. Charles promptly replied to my text and was ready and able to come to our aid, took care of our plumbing need and treated us professionally and kindly as a neighbor would.

I called and set up an appointment for a variety of plumbing issues I had and things I wanted done. My appointment was easy to schedule, customer service is above and beyond. Made appointment tech Danny who is great showed up on time and ready to work. We needed materials so he came back and got all he needed to do done. He had to fix prior work from a not so great plumbing company so it was nice to see the items fixed not only correctly but above and beyond expectations. Follow up is great, work is warrantied. They are not going to be the cheapest out there but you don't want the cheapest believe me. What they give you is quality work, QUALITY AT A FAIR PRICE, THEY BACK UP THEIR WORK AND SHOW A GREAT AMOUNT OF RESPECT AND APPRECIATION FOR YOUR BUSINESS WHILE DOING IT. I'm so glad I called Paul, not only is he reliable, but hes honest, if you need a plumber hes the one to call, Missy answered all my questions and never got tired of me calling.. John and Ricky were the guys who repiped my house and I couldnt have asked for better workers!! They found an existing problem and notified me right away instead of ignoring the issue!! After a few other estimates I went with McGill based on their reviews and the upfront, pricing of $95 an hour given when I called. (A Mr Rooter plumber quoted a stunning $950 flat rate!) We needed to replace the leaking, 40 year old valve body/faucet/handles of our bathtub. We had already purchased the set at Lowes. Usually this is a fairly easy job that takes a couple of hours. However the access to the plumbing was very confined in the back of a small hall closet. Alex was our plumber. He did a great job, even when the old pipes from the foundation kept springing leaks and he had to repeatedly solder them while scrunched up on our tile floor in the closet, until at last they were dry. It took over twice the time it normally does because of our pipes, so we paid more than we hoped, but I know I paid for quality work that was necessary, and still nowhere near the outrageous competitors quote. Everything works perfectly now. Glad to have found a plumbing service we can trust and hope Alex will be available if we need him again.

Fantastic experience! I had a leak in my home's water line that forced me to shut off my water. I called and spoke with Denis and a technician came out within a few hours and repaired it. Everyone was very pleasant and professional. Highly recommend and will work with them again if needed.

Came out first thing after I called. Replaced the water heater and did a great job. Water is hot, no mess left behind and the pricing was fair, service was great! removed the old water heater! I would recommend to anyone.

I had already noticed that main sewage line was clogged under guest bathroom, called them up having a major problem with the main sewage line being clogged. They give a free estimate, so no paying until they give you a price, and you decide to continue. If not they leave without pay, no inspection charge. Operator said to expect someone in 2 hours to call, which they called within 3 minutes, and plumber showed up after 30 minutes. Great friendly service guy, name was Jason, he unclogged the main line and got the toilet reset and back in the right way. Had a set price for the cost of job upfront, also had another service specialist coming out to inspect inside the line with camera to ensure everything was, and still is correct down there. Also comes with a 6 month no clog guarantee With the price given upfront. Is a great company to call.
