Josh was excellent. He took the time to go over all the options with us and then advised me on he thought was best. I felt he had my best interest at heart vs just telling me you need to do this or that. Quality of repair was very good. He not only fixed the problem in the most cost efficient way he made sure to take extreme care to not damage floors and reattach all cabinets. I will definitely hire him again.

Jared and Flow Pros was GREAT!!! Not only did he get back with me in about 5 minutes, but arrived on time upholding safe COVID “social distancing guidelines” and was polite and professional. He explained everything to my husband and I, and reviewed the type of piping issues we most likely had with the shower, (piping was from around the 1950’s) toilet and sinks. Jared did some quick, yet very thorough drain unclogging (located on the roof) to ensure the problem was taken care of. He did it all with a great attitude and beating the rain!!! Dispatch is great and Angel was phenomenal. I am a single mom of 3 and our plumbing backed up into the entire house on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers and the pricing was $450-$1,200.00 (Roto-Rooter was highest) with no guarantee of time which was the most important part. They were out as promptly as they could for Saturday afternoon/evening. The clog was repaired temporarily in order to restore our bathrooms! Angel was so knowledgeable that he indicated if I had further issues to call the county. 3 days later in the middle of the night the plumbing backed up again, I called the county and they came out to find that the entire sewer needs to be replaced in my front yard (county property). I called Trust Eb to let them know and they were more than happy to come out to unclog the clog( that would be a temporary fix) so we could continue to stay at the home until the county completed the multiday repair. I am so grateful for the consideration and attitude of this company and their staff. They are locally owned and truly care about the community and their customers. They will forever be our plumber (hopefully we never need them) and we continue to refer our friends and family! Thank you!

I used Pro-tech for a kitchen and master bath remodel. Shannon and his crew were amazing. Shannon was always very responsive throughout the process and his company did great work. I was very impressed by their professionalism. When the inspector came he even said he knew he would find good work since Shannon was the sub. Mark called before he came out. He was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. We thought we were going to have to replace the entire faucet but he was able to take it apart just replace a few springs and gaskets on the inside. It saved us a ton of money everybody knows right now that’s really important. I would definitely suggest you give them a try.
