The installer was great. He explained the water filtration system (H2 Zero) completely. Before we decided, he showed us pictures on his phone on what the installed system would look like since he he installed it in his own home. He tested my mom's water, which was 193 in the kitchen and explained the difference in the levels of bottled water. He was extremely patient. My mom is 82 and he answered all of her questions as many times as she repeated herself. He was extremely knowledgeable about the system. I cannot make out the installers name on the paperwork (Mike or Miles), but his number is 1163. I not only recommend Roto Rooter, but also this installer in particular.

The service was great--the technician was polite, professional, and helpful, and even though it took a significantly longer time than expected to fix the problem, I was charged the price I was quoted when I called ($185 to fix a toilet that was backing up into the shower). I am extremely satisfied with this company and I will be using them again.

Still amazed by this work. Thanks for sticking with it and not giving up. If you need any type of plumbing work, you need to contact d’s plumbing solutions. They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. My technician was Jared and I would definitely recommend Performance A/C. My air conditioning unit was fixed faster than expected, and all representatives at Performance communicated with me quickly and courteously. The price of the repair was comparable to past A/C repairs I’ve been party to and all the details of the transaction were explained transparently.

I had a leak in my water line, I called OSE. They came out quick and did the leak detection and fixed the leak. Most company’s do not repair if they offer leak detection so we were happy that OSE was able to do both.

$135 for 30 minutes weekday service call plus not able to correct issues. Second and last time using this company.

The worst customer service I’ve ever had to deal with. Call for a simple quote and when plumber gets here and puts me on auto pay for a membership I never wanted. Called to cancel membership and get a refund for $60 and have had to call for the past 2 weeks to get my money back. Each time I call it starts all over again with them not knowing how my money is being taken out my account.
