He was professional knowledgeable and knew exactly the problem when he walked in and went right to work to fix it. It was a huge job. I was very impressed with Advanced Plumbing's customer service as well as the expertise of the tech, Dale, who came out to install a new faucet and take care of miscellaneous other issues I had in the house I recently purchased. I would certainly recommend them to my friends and will recommend them to my clients in my real estate business.

The salesman Troy told us a few different things that were actually done. We paid a premium price but I did not feel we received premium value. Troy told us some ducting would be changed that did not happen and that we could put a new controller on our other unit which was not the case. Another new controller was put on our 3rd hvac which did not work correctly from the beginning.Jeremy and his assistant installed our new hvac and was very friendly and professional.

Stan and Johnny are true professionals helped me out of many horrible situations. The response time and communication is the best I've experienced. Quality work along with a lesson if you're willing to learn. I cannot speak highly enough of this company.

I recently hired Joe to replace a water heater and later had him back again to install a water shut off outside my home which required some old pipes to be replaced as well. He is now the only plumber I will be using! He does great work and is professional and responsive. His employee that came out to dig the trench for replacing the pipes did an excellent job and was very respectful and professional as well!

COMPLETE CON ARTIST!!! CLAIM OF LIEN!! This company is absolutely discusting and they will without a doubt, lie to you upfront about cost and then charge you out the wazooo. Then they are easy to say okay refusal to pay and then without notice you receive a CLAIM OF LIEN on your property. I have no idea how this company is still in business; its extremely disheartening that people opperate like this. EVERYONE please please file a complaint with the BBB, so that we can let other consumers know to not use ALLENS PLUMBING!!! They are SCAM ARTIST!!!
