What can you say about a plumber that performs work but does not accurately notate the invoice? Plumber Mark had to remove toilet to replace a t-valve (Modern toilet design). We were charged to replace toilet but it was not added to the invoice. Now no warranty for work performed. Toilet is rocking back and forth just 3 months after the work was completed. Manager Dennis says he will check on it and call back. No response from Dennis. This company does not walk their talk. Don't waste your time, incompetent!

I sheared the end off a garden faucet taking plywood down after Irma. Had to shut water off at the main. I called at 7 pm, they were there and problem was fixed before noon the next day.

We had a pipe burst and water was spraying all over the back of my house with no way to stop it. As things like this usually occur, it happened at 6:00pm so we had to go through the calling service.
The lady with the calling service was very helpful and empathetic and got someone to our house within 20 minutes. Tim was the plumber who came to our house. I could tell he had just worked a whole day, but I have to say that Tim was professional and got our problem solved within an hour.
Tim was pleasant, calm and thorough. He answered all of my questions and the work he did was outstanding. We have been Allen's customers for over 30 years and I can't imagine going anywhere else. Thank you Allen's for helping us in our hour of need and saving us from a real disaster.
