The one star is simply because they answered the phone. Whom ever is responsible for answering the phone for service lacks all customer service skills. When I explained I was looking for an estimate, she insisted I wanted a service call and said it would cost $80. I repeated I only wanted an estimate right now and did not want any work done, still wanted to charge $80. I then explained I didn't want to pay the $80, I just want an estimate & she hung up on me.

Brian K. did a fabulous job replacing our leaky bathroom faucet! He had great communication, letting us know he was on his way. He was polite.
He had great knowledge of what was wrong and how to fix it. He repaired it promptly within a few hours of the call for help! Yay, Brian! You saved the day.

Very responsive to request to send an electrician to get estimate for installing and replacing motion sensor lights. Troy came on a Wednesday and after I accepted the estimate he was back the following Monday to do the job. Troy arrived ahead of the timeframe I was given and completed the job quickly. Troy was very pleasant, explained what he had done l, and did a great job of cleaning up the job site. This was my first encounter with Midway Services and I am very happy and highly recommend them.
