Our toilet was backed up, and they were able to come within 30 minutes. They quoted me $165 to snake the drain, but the guys said, let's try some professional plunging techniques and much to my surprise, it worked! So, they only charged me $99 since they did not have to use the snake. Great guys, would highly recommend.

I had a leak in my water line, I called OSE. They came out quick and did the leak detection and fixed the leak. Most company’s do not repair if they offer leak detection so we were happy that OSE was able to do both.

Scotto's was excellent. I have now found what will be my plumbing company.

Edwin & Cris took out the old water heater eliminating old hot water recovery from ac as requested in a cramped closet space. While replacing water heater, they provided professional service with excellent communication, & remained pleasant even while waiting out a severe lightning storm. Justin was impeccable at his job! I hired Clog Kings because Justin did the plumbing work for my niece on two bathroom remodel jobs. So I was referred to him by her. He was polite, respectful, knowledgeable, detailed, so clean, and did whatever was needed to make the job as pain free for me, as the client, as possible. I wouldn’t use anyone else other than Clog Kings to do any plumbing job in the future! Justin installed a water pump, fixed a rocky toilet, installed a garbage disposal, and prepped a walk-in shower install at a price affordable for me. Thank you for all the work done in my house this week! My life will be so much more comfortable now!

We had a significant leak that appeared under our lanai late on Friday night. I called and spoke with Herb on Saturday morning and he sent Brian out to look at the job. Brian arrived around noon and quickly found the problem and had a new pipe installed within 2 hours. He was very professional and explained what he found and how he was going to fix the problem. He also discussed next steps for us to take to ensure that we will not have the problem again. This was our first experience with Rescue Plumbing and we are extremely pleased with the level of service we received. Don't hesitate to call them for your plumbing job!

Both Scott and his daughter are licensed plumbers and they are excellent! They were On Time, worked on a challenging situation delivering successful results with top quality work fixing our tub drain with almost no room to work below the tub. They did it in a short time, were pleasant to work with and were very fair in their cost. I am thankful to my neighbors (more than one) who recommended these folks! :).

Not only was Nate fantastic he was honest, there was one repair that we were unsure what it involved and were expecting it to be the highest cost of all the repairs, He called to let me know it just needed to be tightened. Another reviewer had the same bad experience as we did. Florida Gas and Plumbing jacked me around for over a month promising to follow-up.

Company was referred by Clearwater Gas to relocate some ventilation and gas connections to connect a new range. Estimator Rick came to the house, reviewed the job in detail and we had a game plan for the work. I had emphasized that we were more interested in getting job done right than right away and that we would coordinate in any way to schedule work when appropriate workers were available.

Rick promised to forward an estimate and that I could expect a call from their scheduler in a day or two. Several days passed, and I contacted their scheduler to follow-up. She told me that Rick had gotten busy and didn't put the estimate together yet. She would contact him and have something for me soon.

A week went by and I contacted them again. Same response; Rick is buried and we'll forward something soon. All I was looking for was an estimate and scope of work. When Rick was at our home, there were no unanswered questions or issues. He had even given me a 'ballpark' to expect but promised to provide an estimate.

This repeated several times over the next few weeks to the point that I asked the scheduler if there was some problem. She claimed it was just a busy period and Rick would have something.

Today, I called and asked the scheduler if I could speak to Rick in order to understand what was taking so long. She assured me that he was on the phone in the same office and would call me back as soon as he completed his call. That was several hours ago.

This entire episode has now lasted a month. And there is no explanation regarding why I can't get my relatively modest job done by the provider recommended by Clearwater Gas.

To add insult to injury, the company replied to this review below and affirmed everything except the dozen or so phone calls that were answered by their scheduler and un-responded to by the estimator as promised repeatedly. Then the company lies and says that the estimate was ready and the job scheduled. Simply not true.

Unless you have an appetite for delay and mis-representation, I would avoid Florida Gas and Plumbing Inc.
