Best Sewer Water in Saint Petersburg FL

Anyone looking for a great plumber? I had Max Solon Plumbing do some work for me today. Pepe worked in the bathroom and Tyler did the video inspection of my sewer line. These guys are hard working and did the job right. Scheduling was a breeze. I whole heartedly recommend them. On time, professional, does great work and I found them to be reasonably priced. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again

We contacted Bourgoing Plumbing frantically inquiring about getting a brand new washing machine hook-up (cold water, hot water & drain) after quickly discovering that our brand new HE washing machine just wasn’t going to work with the current hook-ups in our old St. Pete home. Tomily got us on the schedule ASAP and Joseph came out and took a look at everything within 48 hours. He was incredibly knowledgeable and honest. Within the next couple of days, Joseph and Carlos returned to our home to get the job done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It turned out not to be the easiest of jobs but they got it done quickly, efficiently and with no complaints. Bourgoing Plumbing’s prices are very fair and reasonable and I just could not recommend them more if you are looking for a reliable, trustworthy and fair plumber.

Florida gas and plumbing did a remodel job on my waterfront home. Rick overseen the project and handled everything in the upmost professional manner. I would recommend this company to anybody in need of a plumber who also does Gas work. Rick had nothing but solutions.

I called Ross and told them about an issue I had with a sewer pipe at an investment property of mine. Their offices are about a mile away so I thought that they could help me. The person that I spoke with told me that someone would go to that property to provide an estimate before the end of the day or they would call me. The next morning I called and left a message. A different person called and told me that the person who was supposed to look at my issue was called off on another job. She went on to tell me that they could not perform any repair for me for 3 weeks. She said that the lady I spoke with originally should have disclosed this. Terrible customer service.

I was referred to Matt with Shasta Development to help with an entire home remodel here in Sarasota. After I had the cement slab cut open, Matt came in and re-engineered the entire drain system. He then ran all new supply lines, and overcame some obstacles and challenges that an old house presents. The communication as the plumber was on his way was very good. The plumber explained the issue clearly and he was thorough, careful and cleaned up after himself.

Todd is seriously a life saver! Had an emergency on a Saturday and almost like magic Petrovic plumbing was on the case! Our issue has since been resolved and we are indebted! Great company to deal with!!! After waiting for over 5 hours for a different plumber to show up , I called Charles plumbing and with in a half hour they were at my door.

Called to set up an appointment, given a date and time...took the day off-NO CALL, NO SHOW!!!

He came out right away fix my water heater and I had hot water again..very quick and professional, thank you so so much!

Raif Bixhuli was excellent. He quoted a fair price and did the work very professionally.

Called to have a plumber come out to fix tub faucet. Was told after 4 p.m. for arrival. Called to check status as I heard nothing and kept getting told that plumber would show up. Was told that I was next in line at 6:45 p.m. and it should take about an hour. Never ended up hearing anything from them at all and no one showed up or called. Do not go with this company unless you want to waste your time with someone that does not value their customers.

Update to reply by owner for updated information: I did call back this morning in order to inquire about why no one showed up. The same woman that kept promising to me that they would come yesterday with an annoyed tone in her voice answered and told me well I was going to give you a $100 credit but I saw your review, so not sure if I can. I inquired about setting something up with this and due to my schedule it was going to have to be later again. Because it started to feel like a similar setup to yesterday I was a bit skeptical, so I stated the desire to just make a few calls first and then to call back and let them know. The woman stated sir if you call other businesses I will not put you on the schedule. I reiterated desire to just determine how I wanted to proceed by making some calls first and to let them know and she immediately hung up on me. This is a testament to how customer service is not valued here and how once again my time was wasted. Instead of working with me to help make it right they just continued to be rude and disrespectful.
