He came right out from the time I called and changed my kitchen faucet and was very professional! And the quality was amazing.

Aldo came out to explain and set up a leak detection. He was friendly, professional, and very informative. He also took covid 19 regulations and wore a mask and gloves. The plumber that was out for the initial declogging of our lines a couple days before was also great. He worked very hard and stayed until the problem was solved.

I worked with David C. and Tyler. I have never had such professional service from any other plumbing services, NEVER! SO APPRECIATE THAT THEY WEAR SHOE COVERS. I called this company on the recommendation of two neighbors at my condo. Since I told them my issue was not urgent, I waited all day for them to show up for a ten a.m. appointment that had been set three days prior. They never called or showed. I have done three follow up calls to no avail as they never answer or respond. When I went back and asked a member of the board of directors at my building why she had suggested them, she told me that she thought the company had changed hands and was still using the Don's name. We had a condo meeting last night and I put the word out that Don's should no longer be on our recommended list.

Had a great first experience with Mark today from your company. My shower faucet was severely leaking, so I needed to have a new one fitted and replace the old one. I then spoke with Alex… and she provided me with some possibilities. The other company I usually use is responsible for the shower's outdated components and should have used new ones. Thank god i found you on google because he finished the job quickly and mentioned that he cleaned it out to give it a better seal in the future.
