Had a leak start late Sunday night. Called ProFlo first thing Monday morning and they were out within a few hours. Confirmed it was my hot water heater located in an unusual location inside my home and not readily visible. The experience from finding the leak, removing the old unit and installing the new unit was very smooth. Edwin was the tech and he was very professional and knowledgeable and just an overall pleasure to have working in my home.

I can’t say enough about Rescue plumbing! I had a weekend water heater emergency. Called them at 5:30 pm on a Friday night, they gave a quote and said they’d be here at 8am Saturday. They were here at 7:45 and got right to work. Timely, polite, professional, hard working, and the price was right. I always chose based on reviews and now I know why they have 5 stars. I recently hired Joe to replace a water heater and later had him back again to install a water shut off outside my home which required some old pipes to be replaced as well. He is now the only plumber I will be using! He does great work and is professional and responsive. His employee that came out to dig the trench for replacing the pipes did an excellent job and was very respectful and professional as well!

Brandon did a wonderful job with our laundry closet project. I needed to update and move the washer/dryer hook ups in my older home and Brandon did an amazing job. He took his time to do it right. I will definitely use him for any other plumbing needs I may have, and you should too!

I can’t say enough positive things about this family owned business! I recently had a water softener installed. The women who answers the phone is pleasant and easily schedules around your time. She even sent me a 30 minute notice upon arrival, as I requested! Anthony was right on time, clean, polite and professional. He made sure to explain the process and changes we would see over the next week and that warm water would take more time, as the water tank was full. The nice lady gave me a call later that day to make sure everything went well and to remind me of normal changes that may occur. We can’t thank you enough, Gulfview plumbing.

Where to start ... Wish I could give less than 1 star! First problem was that these guys set up TWO different 2-hour windows to meet and give me an estimate to install a new septic system in my Bradenton home. The first appointment was missed, nobody called and nobody showed up on a Friday. When I called Monday morning to find out what happened to Friday I was lied to. I was told that I was called and that a voicemail was left. I had NO missed calls and NO voicemails. When I asked what time the call was they couldn't tell me. When I asked when they could come back out they said Oh we have you rescheduled for 3-5 pm TODAY. I said it would have been nice for someone to let me know that before just rescheduling but I jumped through hoops to make their window work again. Guess what, at 5:30 I had not received a call again and nobody showed up again ... so I called. They told me their guy was still on his last job so I informed them that I was boarding a plane and gave them a second number to call when they were on the way. Same story this time except Neither number was called, again, and once again nobody showed up. I spent the next two days trying to get hold of a manager so they could at least be informed of the issues that they were having. I received 1 voicemail from someone named Caitlin. I called her back 30 minutes later, two hours later and the final time at the end of the day but she never called back nor returned my calls. I called the main number today and she answered. When I tried explaining what had happened she said Are you REALLY calling me just to tell me this? Not Kidding. This is one of their managers so it's no surprise that this is the attitude of their team, phone service and I can only imagine what the actual work would look like! Since they had such TERRIBLE customer service I went ahead and booked with a company who actually showed up on time. They answered my questions and they were professional. What a concept! You guys need to work on your phone skills, your professionalism and your overall attitudes. I just singed a contract with your competitor today for a $15,750 system. Guess your company doesn't need revenue.
