Best Garbage Disposal in Saint Petersburg FL

Dispatch is great and Angel was phenomenal. I am a single mom of 3 and our plumbing backed up into the entire house on a Saturday morning. I called multiple plumbers and the pricing was $450-$1,200.00 (Roto-Rooter was highest) with no guarantee of time which was the most important part. They were out as promptly as they could for Saturday afternoon/evening. The clog was repaired temporarily in order to restore our bathrooms! Angel was so knowledgeable that he indicated if I had further issues to call the county. 3 days later in the middle of the night the plumbing backed up again, I called the county and they came out to find that the entire sewer needs to be replaced in my front yard (county property). I called Trust Eb to let them know and they were more than happy to come out to unclog the clog( that would be a temporary fix) so we could continue to stay at the home until the county completed the multiday repair. I am so grateful for the consideration and attitude of this company and their staff. They are locally owned and truly care about the community and their customers. They will forever be our plumber (hopefully we never need them) and we continue to refer our friends and family! Thank you!

Toilet, tub, and., sinks backed up! Jim came out after 5 pm and stayed until after 8 pm to get things working again. He charged me less than I expected and I am surely telling everyone I know how great he and his son were! Thanks Jim and Zac really appreciate you guys.

From the start, this company set itself apart with its professionalism and compassion. Cara, in the office, could not have been more helpful finding out exactly what I needed and then connecting me to Antonio. He was fabulous as well, working with my difficult schedule, explaining all the options for me before helping me decide on the path to take to fix my water heater.. I called Elite Plumbing to inspect my home for cast iron or PVC pipes. Kenny responded within minutes to my message. He knew I need an answer ASAP so he squeezed us in the next day. He’s a very nice guy and and his company is great.

Very nice and personable crew. Got everything fixed right up for me.

The guy came out pretty much with in an hour but he left for 2 hours with our water shut off to go get some part across town, got back and had to leave again for another part within 15 minutes of just getting back. This time he was back again within a half an hour . So this job that cost us 450.00 could have been done in half the time.I understand plumbing is expensive but he just switched out the hardware. Nice guy just took way to long.

We worked with John M. several times and he is fantastic! He has always done an excellent job at a fair price. In addition, John is extremely knowledgeable, extremely polite and has an excellent work ethic. We would give 20 stars if allowed.
