Ivans team was outstanding! They were very responsive and scheduled next day service for a non emergency fix. I have an older house in St Pete and my spigot/ water hose did not work. They were on time, cleaned the area, and fixed the issue. Will def recommend this company.

They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. Buyer beware!! This company bought out Pinellas Comfort Systems. If you liked the business practices of PCS, you will be very disappointed with Performance Air. According to Jason Dorris, HVAC service manager, they charge a flat rate and they will not itemize the charges. I paid $629 to have a motor replaced which was covered under warranty. When I asked how much was labor and proof that the motor was covered by warranty, Jason would not give me that info. I was told I should not have agreed to the job if I wanted a breakdown of the charges. I was expecting to see that info on my receipt after the job was completed which I did not get. All I can say is buyer beware and I will not do business with them again. Lesson learned the hard way.
