I want to Thank Joe Morin and his Team Member for solving a 10year Old Water Leak Mistery. He also, disconnected an old dirty water filter system that was being infused with my drinking water. They cleaned up everything nicely. I will definitely use Paradise Bay Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues.

I've used Graywater Plumbing for a recent job to add laundry connections and a tankless hot water heater and am about to embark on a larger project with them to repipe our whole house with pex.

So far their work has been excellent, they haven't had any inspection issues, and they've been incredibly accommodating. Their quotes are professional and reasonable, as are their staff.

I could not have asked for better service! I had an emergency on a Friday evening right after I got home from work. Antonio and his coworker were here within 45 minutes. They unclogged the drains and fixed a leaking toilet. They were very professional, efficient and reasonable. They explained everything as they did it and cleaned up the area. I called them and scheduled a service for my leaking ac One in advance for schedule for Wednesday, Wednesday I called off work to wait for them all day long. At 4:55pm I received a call said we can't make it can we reschedule for Saturday. I said ok Saturday I called of work again waited for them all day long at 4:PM they call we need to reschedule we can't make it. I would not recommend those people to a wild dog for service they're sock.

I knew he was the guy to reach out to over the weekend when a water heater problem started happening. He was quick to reply to my inquiry with his thoughts and within 48 hours Kyle was at my house to take a look at my water heater. Kyle was able to quickly determine the water heater needed to be replaced and was thorough in explaining why as well as explaining the product to me. Kyle was also able to determine the water heater was still under warranty and was able to get it replaced and install the new water heater within the same day to get my family back up and running with hot water!
