They will stay until a solution has been found. They do not give up, they are relentless at finding pipe locations. I have a 1984 home with copper pipe in the slab. They knew where to go and their diagnosis was on point with re routing pipe and abandoning the leaky pipe. Check out how clean the soldering is on the copper. I have worked for Cornerstone Plumbing for over 3 years, most of the employees are guys who have been here over 10 years. That speaks volumes about the company in my book. I have been a plumber in Florida for over 35 years, and even owned and operated my own local plumbing company and this company represents what I think a professional plumbing company should look and feel like. Having worked at quite a few shops, the care that is put into the customer satisfaction is unparalleled with any other plumbing company I have worked for or heard about.
This company wants to be your plumber from now on, as opposed to some companies who want the big money real fast, customer service be damned.
The care that is put towards training employees is like nothing I have experienced, this company actually prides itself in training and promoting its employees and sends them to plumbing school, at the companies expense. What companies would dare do that in todays atmosphere?

They either were incompetent or flat out tried to scam me for over $3000!!! They said my main breaker was damaged and needed to be placed immediately as it was damaged. The quote they gave me was ridiculous, so I called an electrician who I'd used previous who said they were totally scamming me. My main breaker was fine. Scheduling was also a nightmare. I'd get a text saying one arrival time, then immediately get an email saying they couldn't come until the next day. I strongly recommend you don't use this company.
