Other plumbing companies in the area blew me off or rescheduled me multiple times without even telling me that they would have referred me out to a leak detection company after an initial visit. I stumbled upon this information and found Flow Pros who were able to get someone out the very next morning (I called late the day before) to detect our leak. We’re new homeowners so we had lots of questions and were super stressed about what could be wrong. Our technician, Webb, was so wonderful. The pricing was upfront and he was able to diagnose and confirm what he thought the leak was. He was able to answer all my questions and referred me to an awesome company to take over for the mold/restoration work who was also extremely prompt and professional. I will update my review once the plumbing work is done after our poor moldy wall has been taken down, but so far, we are very impressed with Flow Pros and glad to have found a plumber in the area who is kind, knowledgeable, prompt, professional, and honest.

Ken Pickup was courteous & highly knowledgeable to assess & diagnose plumbing blockage .He is the 2nd very honest professional I have from this company. I highly recommend them .

Trash service, had to call twice for the same problem, $850 water bill, after they left $500 water bill. so of course they had to come back out, then i had to tell the plumber where to look for the leak. He does fix it, and now the water bill was $180, normal. They wanted to charge a service fee ($60) for for the second time, even though they should have fixed it and didn't do their full diligence the first time. They think I'm dumb and I'm to believe after they left, miraculously I sprung a second leak, really.
When I refused they attempted to put a lien on my property because of it. They are a scam, call someone else. Owner Allen was rude, any real businessman can converse and listen without interrupting the customer.

Should have read the reviews before calling, this seems to be a pattern.

Frank was here less than an hour after I called, to assess the scope of the work. Frank, Josh, and Danny showed up right on time and replaced my kitchen faucet and 4 non-working valves under the sink; replaced the bathroom faucet, installed 2 hand-held bidets in just 3 hours. They were all friendly, incredibly efficient, and left zero mess or clutter. I can't thank People's Plumbing enough for all they've done!!! I HIGHLY recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Not as much stuff as the Tyrone, but overall you can get the essentials.
