Best Commercial Plumbing Repair in Saint Petersburg FL

I will keep this short and sweet because I don’t want to waste anymore of my time on this company. Basically, Performance AC just recently quoted us for a fan motor and cooling coils at $1,700 and $3,300. After specifically asking the technician if the manufacturer warranty would cover this repair he said no. To my surprise I called Trane and yes, both parts are covered under warranty. Come to find out Performance AC has customer pay out of pocket for full cost of parts and then goes to Trane directly for reimbursement and pockets the difference. This in addition to selling us on multiple UV lights unnecessarily and changing our variable speed handler to a single speed is just too much to let this pass without bringing it to everyone’s attention. Good luck to all and please if you use this company PLEASE check their work and call for second opinions before any work is completed.

First off, they do free estimates. No service fee to get a truck out there if you don’t like the quote.

We had an emergency last week and called Plumbing by Paul. We had two gentlemen show up who were professional and a one pleasure to work with. They repaired our pipe quickly and were on their way. We love the fact that the owner, Paul, offers health benefits to his employees; medical, dental, vision. We love supporting a company that takes good care of their employees.

I had 2 appointments to have them come out and give me a quote for a job. They called me both times saying they couldn't make it. The first appointment was on a friday at the end of the day. I understand technicians get stuck on jobs so I understand that. They rescheduled me for first thing Monday morning to ensure I don't get missed. Monday morning rolls around and they call me in the middle of the time frame and tell me they have to reschedule me for Tuesday. Apparently this company does not value other people's time as much as their own.

This was one of the local companies that showed up online for servicing NorthStar water softener systems in my area. We had just moved into a house and I couldn’t get the softener to turn on, so I had a tech come out to assess the problem. Nice guy. He adjusted a loose wire on the digital display, which turned the machine right on, and then he set the recharger timer on the display. We chatted about how & when to add salt....and that was it. Charged me $165. I believe that was an unfair price.

Updated Review: The owner mailed me a personal letter and included a gift card, which was very thoughtful and great customer service. I still believe if parts are being serviced and it's not just a wasted trip that the service charge should be waived. This is just my experience from other companies in times past. Again, company very nice this complaint was only about price not services rendered.

After sampling other plumbers in the area, I found them to be recommended. They responded quickly to my issue, discussed my options and showed up as scheduled. The issue was repaired, efficiently, professionally and properly even cleaning up and replacing areas that needed access. So don't be a pipe dope, call Sample for all your elbows and collars, regardless of your angle.

Highly recommend Jamin Plumbing. My water heater went out. Jamin called me back quickly, sourced a new water heater and installed all in one day. I feel very lucky to have been directed to this business. Problem solved quickly and professionally...very happy!!!
