Brian did a great job getting out here quickly and cleaning out our drain. He was professional, quick, efficient and very helpful with the drain cleaning and explanation of everything he did. Happy to use again in the future!

Came home in the evening to a cold house on an 11 degree night. Contacted one very well-known company that told us they could be out in a month. Service Today's Danielle (so helpful and reassuring) sent Aaron out to our place at 10pm and he worked on our boiler 'til the job was done. But you would never have known it was late in the evening; Aaron was as friendly and as knowledgeable as you could hope for, and he explained everything as he did it -- down to what every noise meant. It was as good an experience you can have on what would otherwise be a very bad night.

Unbeatable customer service representative answered all my questions snd sent out an amazing technician! I had an extremely bad experience with the company who installed my ac and George was very kind, patient and was willing to help me try to resolve my issues with that company and also went above and beyond to help me find someone who was willing to come out right away to give me an estimate. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of quality service!

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

I called for a gas line repair and they came within the hour and completed the work very quickly. They bill time and materials, but the estimate was exactly what I ended up paying. The crew was professional, clearly explained the work that was done, and answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!
