I have used Blaylock on several occasions. They are professional, fair, fast. I like to use local businesses.

We had water back up in our basement late last night. My wife called and they were able to schedule us in for 8-10AM this morning. They showed up in their scheduled window and less than two hours later the roots were cleared out and everything was working well. It did cost $380, but it's been five years since I last had issues, so that isn't too bad. John really seemed to know what he was doing and how to get it through the tough spots.

Great customer service and friendly. Nate did an awesome job explaining every finding. Electric inspection went good.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Called for service on Monday. Plumbing service tech came out the following day. He was the wrong tech -- i needed service for a boiler system. Communication error was my fault. They sent the boiler tech out the same day to review the situation and present an estimate. I accepted the estimate -- all work was completed the very next day. My impression -- a very responsive company. It included timely phone calls and emails from their dispatcher.Techs Zack H., Clint B., and Josh B. answered all my questions -- very professional and reasonable responses. Happy with the quality of the work. I was not totally happy with the estimate -- it did not breakdown parts and labor costs.

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . I feel like I got swindled. Our AC went out on a Saturday, and Bonfe was one of the only available companies that would come on the weekend, so we went with it. The tech found that he needed to install a new part, and recommended another new part to help keep the same thing from happening again. It was expensive but the part sounded like it would be expensive, so I went with it. Turns out the parts aren't expensive at all (I found both of them for about $100 combined) and we were charged $877. The company, of course, won't break down how much parts cost and how the total got that high. Oh, and he wrote some bogus name for the part on the invoice. High voltage storage device - that's not a real AC part.

Added after posting review: Received a phone call from manager Pete within the hour from posting review. I said what a coincidence, he said I'm returning your call. (The service call was two weeks ago. How disingenuous. He said how can I help you and I told him how I felt Apollo had let me down on their service. I said I expected more from them. He said I'm sorry you feel that way. This is corporate speak for we don't care what you think. After 40 years Apollo has lost me.1st. review. Asked Bill to have manager call me. He wouldn't do. I called for manager and left message. After not hearing from him, I cancelled service contract. They didn't seem concerned to lose the business.

I had noticed a miscellaneous leak coming from around my laundry tub for awhile. I finally decided it was about time to get it fixed. I called TJK Plumbing and they came out that same day! DJ and Kyle located the leak and also noticed a lot of corrosion on my 20+ year old laundry tub. After explaining everything they found, they fixed the leak and were also able to replace the laundry tub. About 2 weeks later I had another plumbing problem. I noticed orange stuff coming from my softener. I called TJK Plumbing again and they were able to get Brad out same day on the weekend. He saw right away that my softener had blown and was starting to leak resin. He was able to install a new one same day and made sure all my lines were clear. Everyone who I had out was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. I will definitely be calling them for any future plumbing issues.

I moved into a new home and needed a hot water heater replaced along with leaks coming from an upstairs bathroom. When I called Hessian Plumbing about the hot water heater they had me send a picture of the model in serial number of the unit and let me know I could fix it or replace it. And the unit itself was 25 years old. The other handful of plumbers I called were more than happy to have me put a few hundred dollars into a 25-year-old unit. I made the decision to replace it. Hessian showed up on time. Got the work done as planned on the agreed upon price. Regarding the leaks I had in the upstairs bathroom, they helped troubleshoot where the leaks were coming from. Fix both the drains and I'm now leak free. They were both on point on the dollars they quoted and I am more than satisfied with the work. Will definitely use Hessian plumbing again.
