Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. Blaylock Plumbing was suggested to us by D.C. Annis. Blaylock did a great job of fixing our broken sewer line. They kept us up to date on the progress and didn't suggest any unnecessary work to be done. Gave us suggestions on what needed to be fixed and let us make the decision without any pressure. Very pleased with everything.

Plumber was fantastic, prior to his arrival however I was under the impression that the cost for this service was much less than it actually was. Great company, but going forward it would be great to get at least a price estimate on the range of potential fees. It may be hard to predict what may need to be done over a phone call, but offering potential costs would've ben helpful.

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

Tim at Aabbott Ferraro always does a great job for us with our furnace and a/c. They first helped us several years ago by picking up the pieces left by a different company who disassembled our furnace as freezing temperatures approached, only to tell us they couldn't fix it and they left. Aabbott Ferraro came to our rescue, and they have been awesome every time we have called. Quick to respond, courteous, professional and fair. I can't recommend them enough.

The technician was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and kind. He quickly diagnosed the problem and completed the repair in a timely manner. He has great customer service skills.

He did a great job on replacing a sink.

We live in an HOA-maintained community. Our problem was we needed hose bib in a location that would be hidden from the front, yet service the front, thus meeting the HOA strict rules. We had a convolued plan that required passing pipes through two concrete walls and leaves a small portion of the pipe at the front of the building, but The McQuillan agent was extremely helpful in sizing the project and suggested a different plan that meets our needs and would not include any plumbing at the front of the building, and thus will probably be approved by the HOA.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

I have used Polar Plumbing for many years, Lance as always done a wonderful job, he gives me a quote upfront. I appreciate that he does a wonderful job. He has replaced my outside water valves, as well as both valves before and after my water meter in the basement. He just installed a new water heater mine was leaking he ordered it immediately late
Monday it came in Wednesday he squeezed me in and installed it Wednesday. I am very appreciative!

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.
