Best A/C System Maintenance in Saint Paul MN

I’ve used Rumpca Services for all my plumbing and HVAC installation maintenance and repairs over the past 20 years. In every case they were prompt, courteous, neat and knowledgeable. Always a pleasure to work with such professionals. I’d highly recommend them.

I have had Blaylock come out four times now for about ten different projects ranging from indoor and outdoor faucet replacement to water heater replacement and all the way to pulling out and replacing the main drain running from my kitchen to my sewer (which ran half the length of the house and through the foundation). They've been consistently on-time with next-day response to emergency jobs (they have dedicated residential service to ensure not everything is a corporate client). Their prices are entirely fair for plumbing services (which are not cheap), they work diligently to ensure that the work reflects the time spent, and their quality has been exceptional.

I will continue to use them for further future plumbing projects as they come up. If that's not an endorsement for their services I don't know what is.

Roto-Rooter was extremely helpful when I had a main-line sewer back-up. I know nothing about plumbing and the plumber took the time to explain what had caused the back-up, signs of another back-up, and how to prevent another back-up from happening. He was also very friendly and handled the emergency quickly. I would highly recommend!

I recently decided to proactively replace my aging thirty year old water heater and after corresponding with a few heating and plumbing places I determined that Rascher Plumbing was the best option for my needs. On the front end the communication and transparency was excellent in regards to how the job would be handled and also estimation of related costs. I had an additional task (removal of tempering tank) that needed to be completed and my confidence in their experience and know-how was a big factor in choosing them. Jason arrived on time for the planned date of replacement and handled all of the expected and unexpected tasks at hand most competently. The job was a little bit longer than anticipated due to a sudden need for re-piping however the entire process went as fluidly as could be expected and Jason also provided top-notch workmanship which is ultimately the most important factor; he is also polite and treated my living space with care. Following payment I received an invoice with a detailed breakdown of the individual costs so I could have a full understanding of the labor and parts charges separately; little details such as this are appreciated my me. Overall I came away from the experience feeling that I made a wise decision in choosing to do business with Rascher; they do impeccable work at a fair price.

Excellent service. My technician (Matt S.) was polite, responsive, knowledgeable, and thorough. He prepared me for the worst-case scenario in terms of cost, but the final work actually came in at less than the low end of the estimate. Very pleased and would highly recommend Aabbott Ferraro for repairs of a mini-split Fujitsu A/C system like ours.

A predecessor to this company (one of the two companies that merged to become ServiceToday) installed my furnace/AC 3 years ago and I had stuck with ServiceToday for servicing. Every time (twice a year) they come out for tuning they find something that would costs me at least $300-$800. Every time! And all of it invisible issues, but all are life or death. Last time they tried to get me to rewire the entire house for $10-25k! (my speck house is 26 years old). Today I caught the technician manager waking through my entire house without being asked if that is okay counting registers. Then I was told that there are just not enough registers in the house and I would need to spend $5k to drill holes in my walls to add registers. Somehow there were plenty of registers for my old furnace, plenty of registers when they installed the new furnace, plenty of registers for the past 3 years, but NOW there are just not enough. I am done with this company. Read the reviews - all of the ones that love the company are non-specific or I love my technician types (a lot of the technicians are nice people). All of the negative ones are specific and all say the same - the company overcharges and recommends unnecessary repairs. Even the positive ones tell you that they pay for additional services every time. Beware.

I was given a call 45 minutes before they arrived to let me know, they were clear about the price of everything, and respectful of my home. I was very impressed, and they even gave me a before and after sewer scope video so I could see first hand the state of pipe. I would recommend them.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

I've used this company for the last few years for various reasons. They send well qualified and well trained individuals to do the repairs and maintenance as required, for me. I have a monthly fee that I pay for those services which are less expensive than the utility companies offer.

We have used Paul the Plumber many times. I highly recommend his services. He is fast efficient and his prices are very good. He also doesn’t try to sell you on extra services. Highly recommend!

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

Steve was very professional and gave us a good solution for our basement laundry room. He took the time to explain everything over the phone to my husband who wasn’t home so that we both understood the quotes. We are very happy!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

Took three days for him to put in a utility sink. Then had to call him back twice because one of the pipes he put in leaked. Charges by the minute and spent 20+ minutes trying to sell us on a specific faucet. He is not worth the hassle. Also, plumbers crack showed the whole time.
