we tried RUMPCA Services a few years ago when we had to replace our air conditioner. Their prices beat everyone! Their employees are very knowledgeable! This year I had to replace my furnace. I was given options on how to fix my problems with my furnace. I chose the best solution at a reasonable price. I delt with the same employees from years ago! These guys know what they are doing! I highly recommend RUMPCA for all your needs! They also filed all my rebates for me! Thank you!

Their employees are not respectful of the neighbors to projects that they are working on. Master Plumbing is working on a large project a couple doors down from my house as a subcontractor. One of their vans parked in front of my boulevard garden, and the driver was consistently walking through my plants. I confronted the driver and told him not to walk through my plants anymore, and he brushed me off, saying that the boulevard was public property, and that if I didn't want my plants to get stepped on, I should not have put them there. I can't speak to the quality of the work that they perform, but they do not care for the property of anyone who isn't paying them.

There was a mixup probably on my part but Blaylock handled it excellently. They showed up on the dot of the early range of time they had given me, and were in and finished in record time. Josh (#4778) was awesome! He was efficient and was at our home within and hour of me calling. Did a great job of diagnosing the issue and working on it without disrupting our family time. I was impressed with how quickly he was able to fix the auxiliary floor drain and he even went the extra mile to mop the floor afterwards. Thanks man!

Right away this morning, our electrician Jake came in and listened to everything we needed fixed, installed and our wish list for adding other home fixtures that we look forward to upgrading our home with, down the road, mainly bedroom and living room ceiling fan/light fixtures. Pedro was very professional, friendly, and great at explaining what the job entailed. Cleaned up the area well. Only reason not a 5 was that the job seemed expensive for the amount of time it took and parts used. Still would recommend them.

They knew what they didn't know. They no longer truly serving steam boilers. Or said they can't do ours. Frat houses are Industrial apparently. Very good communication and I would recommend.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Everyone I've met from the plumbing side has been fantastic to work with. I've never felt talked down to or that my projects were rushed so they could move onto the next job. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I have no hesitation hiring them for my next plumbing need.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
