Techs (Brian #936 & Joe) 19970867 were very friendly, knowledgeable, explained the problems and quoted the job before any work was done. Went right to work, got the job done fast. Replaced all old parts that were needed while explaining everything along the way. They were honest and reasonably priced for all the work they did. Would recommend Roto-Rooter to my family and friends and will be using them in the future.

The repair plumber came to fix a water jet bath tub. He took his time to ensure the fix would be sufficient and work like new. He contacted the manufacturer twice to make of the parts needed and inspected all the associated plumbing. Very thorough and professional. I would recommend Service Today for any body looking for a top drawer team.

Yesterday McQuillan Brothers replaced the plumbing in my bathroom. Kaleb, Rhyse, and Huan were professional, efficient, courteous, friendly, and competent. I’ve never hired a repair/replacement crew from any business who’ve come close to the superior level of service these three (lead by Kaleb) provided. I could not praise them more. Quintessential service.

I used Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water to install a new sewer line at my home. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative, friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend them!

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

Mike H and Josiah M did a fantastic job fixing a 100 year old leaking and broken main toilet pipe in our family’s very old house. It took creativity and experience to tackle this project in a way that was both fixed the right way up to code, and yet still cost effective! They did a superb job with their communications all along the way, performed high quality installation, and cleaned up nicely. They were respectful and pleasant to work with. All of the other team members at Mr. Rooter were also great at communicating and keeping us informed along the way. Great team, great company! I will be using Mr. Rooter again for my next project!

When our wall mounted boiler (radiant floor heat & hot water supply) suddenly went out I searched for someone familiar with this technology and Krinkie's was listed on the manufacturer's web site. They responded immediately and the tech who arrived was able to diagnose the problem, it turned out that the itemized cost to repair was not worth sinking into equipment that was beyond expected lifetime. He arranged for Joe, Master-Plumber, electrical wizard and all around engineering wizard to provide an estimate for replacement with design tweaks to enhance system and cut energy costs. They installed the system the next day (Saturday) and have since upgraded/replaced our thermostats to Alexa-enabled, remote-sensing Ecobee's that provide incredibly easy-to-use zone heating throughout the house. It's pure luxury to adjust temps anywhere via Alexa and to be able to monitor our home's temperatures, humidity and air quality from anywhere. I can highly recommend all of the technicians at Krinkie's and am blown-away by the depth of knowledge and technical prowess of Joe specifically!

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.
