Great service

I thought they were way, way overpriced. $600 to reset a toilet is in my opinion way too much. Then I had to listen to him complain about the silicone caulking that I used previously to seal around the bottom of the toilet, about the fact that the linoleum under the toilet had a couple of cuts in it, and that rubber shims were used previously. Then he didn’t even supply his own shop supplies. He first asked me for a couple of garbage bags to use to set the toilet on. I gladly provided them, but shouldn’t he have had his own drop cloth or something to do the job? Then he asked me for some pennies to use as shims under the toilet. Seriously, pennies? Are you telling me that no one makes a commercial grade shim to use to set a toilet that a big company like Roto Rooter has access to? Then, when my wife got home, she asked why he didn’t caulk around the bottom of the toilet. I told her that he did, but she said he certainly didn’t do a very good job. I’m glad he fixed my problem, but I was disappointed in the way it was done. I doubt that I will be hiring this firm for any future problems.

Out of all the numbers we had called for a 24/7 emergency, Service Today was the only ones that called us back and had a technician named Kevin come out to see that a part in our furnace had completely blown apart and gave us good advice and more than one option and we decided that a new furnace was the way to go instead of fixing a part that would have costed us almost half of what a new furnace would have costed. Plus with us being on a budget he told us what we could go with to keep the cost down on a new furnace. The furnace we picked out was better than what we had in and cheaper than any other ccompany. We are greatful Kevin came out in the middle of the night to help us when NO OTHER company would. Thank you so much for being available Kevin! Also on the day that the furnace was put in Mike O. And Jon C. Spent the whole day working hard to get our furnace installed on a cold day. Very great job you guys we thank you so much!

Derek was very knowledgeable, and walked us through the process of what needed to be done. He even wheat above and beyond and took us through some potential future projects we were planning.

Curella Co. did an amazing job repairing our offset pipe. Tony got us a bid in a timely manner and was good at communicating for when the ground would be thawed enough to do the job. I'd definitely recommend them.

I used Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water to install a new sewer line at my home. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative, friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend them!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

He installed a hot water heater, left a mess and a water leak. I called and talked to him, he is very friendly but never followed up or offered to fix any issues. I would look elsewhere!
