Rascher is my new plumbing company. I had a problem with my kitchen faucet and the repair person explained the cause and got it working again. Turns out I really needed a new faucet. He suggested several brands to consider, what features and several places to purchase.

We recently replaced our old radiant heating system with a forced-air heating and cooling system. AF did a fantastic job. Their quotes were consistent from the early planning to project completion, the workmanship was excellent and the system is working well. Our house was built in 1924 and required some tuning of the system to handle the exceptionally cold winter this year. AF was on top of any needed adjustments, making sure we understood the tweaks they made and why. The guys on-site were friendly and respectful, making sure to tidy up after their work. We'll definitely call them in the future if we need more work done.

We had them do an inspection after we had a furnace scare this winter. The technician was very tolerant of me looking over his shoulder the entire time. He explained what he was doing, pointed out things that concerned him, and gave me tips along the way. He answered all my questions and gave me a better understanding of what everything in my furnace is doing.

Called for a leaking toilet and Pedro was able to come out the same day and repair. He showed up on time, diagnosed the problem, discussed the repair and provided me with a quote for the work. After I agreed to the repair, Pedro completed the repair in a reasonable amount of time and left the bathroom as clean as when he arrived. My only issue was it seemed expensive, but to be honest I'm not sure what plumbing costs these days. In addition, I got an experienced plumber to come out the same day and fix my problem. I would not hesitate to use their services again.

Be sure to get multiple proposals because they will take advantage if given the opportunity. They charged my young, overly trusting son $9,200 to replace the AC for his townhome. I left 3 messages for a manager to call me. I wanted to verify that is how they do business. I did not receive any return calls, so it must be. I understand businesses need to make a profit, but I appreciate the ones that do it with integrity.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.
