Master Plumbing installed a gas range I purchased from Best Buy. They're contracted to do installations. Jake and Dan were professional, pleasant and knowledgeable. Were careful not to make a mess. Followed protocol concerning Covid. My understanding is that are also master plumbers. I will call them in the future for plumbing issues.

Where is the button for zero stars? This company is a joke, bid quote is nowhere near reality. You can always screw someone over one time, I will never give them the opportunity to do it to me a second.

Very responsive and professional. Price was higher than expected as there is a defined price list per job and not per hour ($405 to unclog drain). Defined price lists can be good but an hours worth of work should not cost more than the price of a lawyer. They did have good quality work.

Rusty and his team is very professional, attention to detail and always clean there jobsite well.

From the estimate (Joe Rascher), selection of product, scheduling to installation, clean up & invoicing our experience was great. Our installer (Dennis) was very responsive and considerate (covid safe). He also asked for our input throughout the process as he completed the project. Couldn't have been happier to have hired local and have Rascher do this work. Glad to support local business that backs up it up with quality work!

furnace not working called Aabbott Ferraro Kelsey ans.very helpful,in a matter of a few min. she called back with a tech on the way.Matt was very good he knew what to look fork had heat imediatly. Matt was great.

This is a fantastic company. Very professional and knowledgeable. I got a new water heater and several small plumbing issues fixed. They walked me through all of my options and I never felt pressured to buy or that they were up selling me. Would definitely recommend.

Called to discuss options for new water heater. They were very responsive and provided a quote after some discussion. Price was competitive with no hidden charges. Scheduled an installation a week out due to my schedule. They arrived on time and completed install as ordered and were done in 1 hour and 45 minutes. Very pleased with no issues. Would highly recommend.
Referred them to a friend a week later who had a leaking water heater and they installed a new one within 2 days. Friend was very pleased with install and price.

Fixed a leak caused by the tub in quick order and for a reasonable price. Called them on Sunday and they were there 9am Monday morning getting to work.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Greg is my go to plumber. Has installed new toilets, faucets and a water heater in my house. I have also had him to my house to clean my drain several times. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was very accommodating as far as my schedule is concerned and arrived before or on our scheduled appointment time. He works fast and gets the job done very well. I recommend him to everyone.
