Update_ Owner followed up with me again and apologized for the first not so great encounter. I wanted to keep money in the local neighborhood was the reason for the call to this business. I appreciated the rapid response to rectify the first encounter.

The Owners Customer service is HORRIBLE. I was very calm and He tried had an attitude and began to tell me by guessing that it would be 4 hours to repace a Laundry tub thats already Up to code. I just wanted a replacement. He wouldn't even let me speak. I was not confrontational. Every job is NOT about money itself, it should be about the customer FIRST. Please get your Attitude better. Thanks!

Highly recommend this company. They took my call after hours, arrived quickly, and got the back up with my main line diagnosed and fixed quickly. Ran a camera through after the job to be extra thorough and confirm that the lines were clear. Happy they did this because we found a nasty old mouse on camera stuck at a Y in the drain 25 feet in. Took care of that too. Robert was the technician and he was awesome — prompt, friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. Reasonable pricing even for after hours rates. No need calling anywhere else for plumbing jobs.

We had an issue with the drain backing up in the basement . I had heard Ron the Sewer Rat did good work so I called and made a Saturday morning appointment. Jeff was the tech , he showed up on time and diagnosed the issue right away . Jeff was very pleasant and well informed. He told me he had been with the company 15 years. He completed the in under 2 hours and did a great job at cleaning up. I would definitely recommend Ron the Sewer Rat and plan on using them again if needed.

Pure Plumbing did a great job working on my irrigation system and the vacuum breaker. The company actually answers when called. I was quickly scheduled. And the plumber came when he said. He did quick work at a fair price. I was quoted significantly more by other plumbers. It'll be easy to figure out who to call for my next plumbing need.

I called Big Dave's for some plumbing help and he was incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful. He told me that he is only able to accept cash or check as payment and in true millennial fashion- I had neither of those. I told him I unfortunately didn't have a way to pay via cash or check and he ended up giving me a tip over the phone that allowed me to fix the issue myself. Thank you so much Dave! I will make sure to have cash/check on hand so I can call him for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommend for fast friendly service!

Mark came out to do maintenance on our water heater. We talked on the phone and he was able to fit us in same day which was very convenient! He was very professional, nice, and reasonably priced. We'll definitely work with him again!

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

As a new homeowner, plumbing is scary. The Blaylock team and Chris came out and were friendly and on point, both giving great advice and completely repairs and upgrades all in one visit, for a great fee compared to what other companies quoted. They're hourly rate is fair and with their experience it's tough to beat!

Awesome locally owned business with very fair prices, and they do great work!

We hired Don Dunn for a bathroom renovation project and had a horrible experience with Don taking our deposit without completing the job. Don is extremely unreliable and pulled a no-show on several dates he was scheduled to work. Additionally, when both myself and my general contractor asked Don questions about the project Don was extremely argumentative, rude (cursed at our general and hung up), and short-tempered. We paid Don a 50% deposit plus added material costs (which he ended up having us buy) and he has since stopped showing and will not answer phone calls: he left us high and dry mid project which both delayed our renovation and forced us to find another plumber on short notice. Be warned and do not hire Don Dunn Plumbing.

Nasseff has been our go to for all our plumbing and heating needs for the past 15 years. They have always been timely and helpful. They always make certain you are pleased with the outcome. I wouldn't dream of calling anyone else.
