Best Water Pipe in Saint Paul MN

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

Reccomended to us by our home inspector to clean our drains and give the house's plumbing a tune-up -- Reggie at Freddy's is AMAZINGLY knowledgeable and very kind. He helped us get up to speed on everything our house needed, and got our plumbing system in tip top shape. Absolutely would reccomend to a friend and would know they're in good hands.

This is a company I’ve come to really trust.

I have used Gust on two occasions.  The first was when another plumber wasn’t able to complete work in a tight crawl space (in my basement below the bathroom) and so he referred me to Rusty, the owner.

Rusty completed the work and gave me a lot of helpful information, including info on the replacement of my tub faucet, not accessible through the wall behind it. Thanks to this his help, I was able to repair the faucet without putting a hole in the wood-paneled wall where an access should have been.  Two other faucets were repaired quickly on this second service call.

Rusty really seems to care about his customers and explains things in a way that allows me to do some of my own research and legwork. If I had the funds, I’d just let him do all repairs without looking over his shoulder or investigating further, and I’m sure he has plenty of customers who trust him enough to do that. That said, he has been great about educating me as he does the work.

My child pulled on a space heater which blew a wall of outlets. We lived with it and just ran extension cords which we knew weren’t safe. I finally got to the point where I needed yet another cord and decided this couldn’t continue. I did have a friend (who’s in school to be an electrician) try to help but he made it worse so I finally called Service Today. I should’ve called them sooner! Paul was fantastic and so calm. He wore shoe covers even when I said he didn’t need to and went over everything that happened leading up to problem and what we tried since. He had to do a bunch of work in our ceiling and cleaned up so well, you’d have no idea he was there after. I was also working that day and he was very polite waiting until I was off phone to discuss work and what he was doing. Paul fixed all the things my friend had done wrong and the original problem too. He was very knowledgeable and everyone who uses those outlets is so happy they’re working again!!

we needed to have plumbing updated for new appliances to be installed. A family member referred us to Do It Right Plumbing Services. They did an awesome job. Fast and friendly in addition to quality work are all attributes associated with Pedro and his team.

We received a quote from them for service. The man who came to our home was very nice, professional. He reviewed the items in question, and quickly produced a quote of approximately $3K. The two major items on the quote, were a toilet and an outdoor spicket. The toilet was quoted over $500, the spicket over $1600. I had a second opinion come outThe toilet issue was resolved with a new gasket, cost of $3.50. The spicket outside, was leaking and spraying due to a faulty attachment, when removed, the issue was fixed. Zero cost to that one. We litterally had both issues fixed in under 10 minutes, and for under $5 dollars.Very disappointed. Buyer beware.

Curella Co. did an amazing job repairing our offset pipe. Tony got us a bid in a timely manner and was good at communicating for when the ground would be thawed enough to do the job. I'd definitely recommend them.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. If you need any sewer line repair, look no further than Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer. They are a friendly, honest, and hard working team.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

It feels great having a plumbing company I can trust. I highly recommend them.

BEWARE! BEWARE! Professional scammer! After I have agreed to pay amount he quoted he did half of his work then disappeared. No communication at all, other then an email after I threatened to bring this issue up with dept of labor. We attempted to communicate so many time and no response. Essentially all he is looking for is big chunk of money for easy work then walk away without completing it. Do your search on this contractor well. He has been fined, crappy reviews and complaints against him on BBB. I am proceeding with court option! This is unacceptable! People like this should never be in business.
