Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

My husband and I needed to shorten our gas line to our range. Tim from Blaylock came out to shorten it. He was very professional and polite as well as hustled to finish the job within 1 hour to keep our cost down.

Needed a second opinion fast on a job site. Roto-Rooter was able to send someone out same day and gave us quote. Really appreciate how prompt their response was.

Was very surprised the $80 service fee was just to come to the door. Have never encountered a policy like that before. We already had an idea of what was wrong with our AC; wanted a second opinion of options--the same diagnosis would have cost an extra $250 with Service Today! Pricing was vastly greater than several local competitors. Very nice customer service, but absolutely cannot recommend.

Pedro was very professional and explained everything in detail. He brought our existing shower and bath plumbing up to code and added some shut off valves so we can isolate them if we have problems in the future. He was very communicative with setting up the appointment and checking in with us. He even started heading to the job before we had verified we were there. Little things like that make him stand out as an excellent resource for any plumbing needs. His prices are fair and he was able to get us in quick.

Professional from the first interaction. I received a quote on the spot. I had mini splits and tankless water heater installed. Work was completed promptly, and to a high standard. The first day, I received a text with the name of my installer when they were on their way. I appreciated the heads up- knowing exactly who to expect was only the first small detail they got right. Price matched another quote. Did a walk though with me when they were finished, and answered my questions well, without condescension. I'll be going to go with them for my future business.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Dave and his sons, have incredible integrity. They are honest, hardworking and above all that, their prices are very, very reasonable. I have had them work at three different houses and each time they have done exactly what they said and in the time they said it would take. They really know their stuff. They have done at least ten different jobs for me over the years and I have never been disappointed.

Dan has been taking care of our septic tank for over 20 years. He is fantastic.

Our drain field froze and our tank backed up in to our house during the night. Called him first thing in the morning and he was here by 9:00 am!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Replaced my leaking bathtub drain, installed new bathroom and kitchen faucets, and removed the old garbage disposal. Done! They exceeded my expectations for a bit less than I expected to pay. This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

These guys are awesome! This was the second time they’ve come out to our house. Both experiences were excellent. Great rates, great communication, and 100% professional quality work. They had to correct a lot of mistakes the previous owner of our house made. The entire time Mitch kept me posted on what he was seeing and what work was required.

Forced into using their services pretty much, multiple different quotes none of which were accurate and then dropped a massive bill on me because I had to use a commercial service for my residential low income housing I was living in. I wouldn't recommend from my personal experience.
