I called for a routine preventative sewer cleaning, just a non-emergency job. From the time I called till the time they sent a worker to my door was like 2 hours, super quick. Figured I'd have to wait a few weeks, maybe I got lucky.The job they quoted me was literally 1/6th the price a competitor quoted me at (a local twin cities big brand plumber who shall remain nameless).The guy they sent over was named Adam, I'm giving him an 11/10. He was professional and courteous, and you could tell real competent at his job.First time using roto-reuter, and within one day they've got a loyal customer now.

I called on Saturday, July 3, later in the day, fully expecting that if I actually spoke with a real person that I wouldn’t get an appointment for a few weeks out. Much to my surprise and relief a real person answered and lined me up with the next appointment. Some time went by and I started to resolve myself to thinking surely no one would still be making it out today. I called back and was assured that I was the next call. The technician, Luke, did show and I could see it had been a busy and long day for him. Even so he was extremely kind, professional and thorough. He was good with our dogs and also the pre-4th of July festivities taking place at our home. The unit will need a special order part so it is not yet fully repaired but Luke got it to function well enough to keep us cool until we meet again on Tuesday.

Did a good job with what they did but tried get me to replace all my gas lines for about $8000 and said there were many leaks which Xcel confirmed there were not. Don't trust them unless you get a second opinion

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.
