After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

My waste line for laundry and kitchen was not draining. Service spent a lot of time trouble shooting and finally got it fixed. Work area was cleaned before he left. Thanks for doing a great job.

The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

Brian was on time and very helpful. He was able to get out to me in the morning after calling at 10pm the night before. Explained everything that could be wrong and let me know what was going on every step of the way. Gave me great advice on preventative care! Would highly recommend!!!

Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.

Shows up first time, looks at the dishwasher and decides he'll have to comeback monday to tear up the walls. Charges $150 to do this look. Shows up late on Monday, cuts up the walls then decides the issue is the dishwasher, leaves a mess, charges $330 more, and did nothing but make a mess and leave holes everywhere. Didn't fix anything.
