The guy didn't check his work, so I need to call another plumber to do the job. They are very expensive - $200 for a 10 min job, and he didn't even check to see if it was working. The owner and the plumber were rude and very impatient. They don't guarantee their work. Call someone else to get the job done right at an affordable price. Not sure how they stay in business since their focus is on commercial work.

We got fabulous service from Rascher, as always! Jason & Ben were on time & got the work done quickly. They cleaned up & had good communication w/ us. Hot water heater was leaking, and they squeezed us in the next morning! (Even though appointments have been 3 weeks out). We found this great local company (St Paul) when we needed a lift pump fixed, a few years ago. Not many companies handle lift systems.

They waited until they day that they were scheduled to come out and see us to let us know that we were outside their service area, even though they had our address weeks beforehand. Inconvenient and poor communication.

I own Lindstrom Electric, LLC and have worked on some of the same projects with Semlak Plumbing. The quality of his work is the best I have seen and he is easy to work with. When the trades work together on projects the customer receives the best finished product.

I called for services to replace a bathtub faucet. He was very friendly and willing to come in the same day. He advised me of the $89.99 estimate fee but also told me if I'd hired him to do the job, that would be deducted from the total cost. He was very honest and of course he did the job and I must add, he did great job. I can see how it is hard to pay for estimate, but he took the time to come all the way to my home to check what it was wrong with my faucet and it seems fair that if I just wasted his time then to pay him for coming. If you ARE serious about hiring this company's services, then you should not have any issues with the estimate's fee. It is all reimbursable once you hire them. I highly recommend them. Trust worthy, conscious and honest.

RJ came out today to help us with the boiler as part of a very large remodeling project. I have to say it was a great experience. He was professional, courteous, gave us multiple options, and also worked very efficiently. I would recommend these guys to friends and family.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. My interaction comes from a Best Buy appliance purchase. Without going too far into historical events, the original contracted installer replaced my gas dryer fittings with used parts and kinked the gas line from main which caused a gas leak. Fast forward to today and through significant time dealing with Best Buy, XPO, and other plumbers we had Charlie and Jake out to my home. They were efficient in not only finding the leak in the connections but also find and fixed the leak caused by the original installer which wasn't found or diagnosed during several previous call backs.

Both Charlie and Jake took their time. Triple checked their work and when all was said and done, we were left with a feeling of safety and a feelings or relief that FINALLY we had professionals over that actually cared about their quality of work and attention. After originally purchasing the washer and dryer from Best Buy January of 2020, we can finally use the products purchased. Discount Plumbers was great! They gave me a 1 to 4:00 p.m. window and ended up being able to come earlier which was awesome. Zach was super friendly and professional. Got the clog out quick and the price was very competitive and affordable.
