We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

The repair guy called early and said, Is now a good time? It was! (earlier than we'd booked) He was personable, professional, knew just what to do, and the shower is draining beautifully now. A delighted five stars.

Technician came to my home to inspect a waterline issue. I had water leaking from a pipe in my basement ceiling. He did not access and view the pile/line and made a false report claiming it was a pre existing issue. People please dont trust them on any inspections. They are terrible. They are not certified. Dont let the apprenance fool you.

My home is a 1950's ranch style house which can be a bit challenging for plumbing.

Blaylock know's the best and most efficient way to get the job done. They are very easy to work with if you are remodeling like I was.

Within 3 hrs the work was complete and we had the needed components to complete the sink and tub (once installed.)

I would highly recommend them.

Tips: Leaving a message sometimes doesn't do the trick, best off stopping by their office or talking directly over the phone.
Their residential plumbers get quite busy so if you are remodeling, talk to them ahead of time.

Amazing service. I was able to schedule online and got a text before they showed up. My service tech was very friendly and listen to my issues. We discussed the cost upfront before stating the work. I let him do his thing and before you know it he was as done and testing to make sure it drains. The sound of water rushing down the drain never never made me happier. I was super pleased with the service and how helpful the service tech was. I’ve used them in the past and will continue to use as I have not had a bad experience yet.

We had to leave town in 2 days. Our water heater was leaking everywhere. I LOVED the commercials so I called. The estimator, Nate, was awesome. He covered every detail of what could happen from the cheapest to the most expensive option. We were able to get an appointment for the next day. Though a little confusing about who was coming when, they did start about when they said AND finished over a hour EARLY! All the old stuff they feared needed to be updated was actually 60 years OLD and TOTALLY needed updating. While in the house, they kept the communication going and after completion walked us through the new everything. If I'm forced to give a negative, it would be the PRICE (super expensive)! However, everything was done right, we have an awesome warranty, and they were done EARLIER than expected so we could get on the road! We'll let you know if something blows up or breaks...but TODAY we are absolutely THRILLED!

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
