I had a sink that has leaked for the last 10 years. I have had 3 different handy men fix it because I always thought a plumber was too expensive. Well the sink ended up leaking thru the floor and my kitchen ceiling over time, not to mention numerous clogs. I finally decided to call a plumber and have the problem fixed once and for all. A friend recommended them, she said, They aren't cheap but they are very good. They were able to fit me in within three days of my calling. Chris came and was very easy to work with, he clearly laid out my options and what he considered the best choice was. He did the work efficiently and now my sink is no longer a jerry rigged mess but done right and I have full confidence that my problems are over. It wasn't cheap but I have the peace of mind that it was done right and it was cheaper than 3 handy men and a kitchen ceiling repair. He also advised me on how to keep my furnace in good working order without a lot of hooha. I appreciated his common sense approach. I will recommend them to all of my friends. I am very happy.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Hands down, Kevin, Ron, and their team are the best service providers we have ever worked with. We discovered a belly in our home's sewer line that we wanted fixed and lined for peace of mind. Kevin and Ron provided a quote and scoping free of charge. We received a couple other quotes and Minneapolis and Suburban Sewer was the most competitive and seemed the most confident in the scope of the work. The work repair process was quick, smooth, and after digging up our yard, you couldn't even tell they were there afterwards. Though they came to me through a Home Warranty referral, I could not be more impressed with the whole crew, from Denise in the Office to both technicians who first diagnosed the issues (and help limp along the failing unit until the new one was ordered and delivered) and then installed the new unit. Everything from scheduling our service call to getting estimates went smoothly with Aabbott Ferraro. Our service technician Matt S. was knowledgable, courteous, and respectful of my questions. He efficiently diagnosed the problem with our air conditioner and offered a reasonable explanation of alternatives and costs.

they were very professional, checked everything very thoroughly, showed you their findings and discussed with you different options for correcting the problem. once a decision was made they went to work to fix the issue. when done they walked you through work area to show you what they did, that it's all working now and how to use the new outlets and circuit breaker. they even cleaned up the mess they made.

Pedro was very thorough and informative about everything he saw and did. He came out on short notice to replace my pump, and was ready to go and replace everything right away.

Terrible experience with this company. We had our two main air ducts removed during an asbestos abatement. We had an appointment with the McQuillan Bros the following day for the air ducts to be replaced. Sean from McQuillan had given us a quote two weeks prior for $600 and said he was scheduling the appointment. They then apparently decided it was not worth their time since they had larger jobs scheduled, but did not call to let us know. I spent half of the day trying to get ahold of someone to get an estimate of when they would be out. Tyler called around 12:30 to let us know the above information. He said they would only do the job if we paid $1,500 - $2,000. This was all during a heat wave.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

I called Good guys because i heard a drip in my toilet that wouldn't stop, Mitch came over and recommended that I just get a new toilet. After Mitch installed it, it started leaking after 7 months from the base. I told him and they came over and he said that because it not leaking now in front of them that there is nothing they could do about it.

Eventually it happened again and I called a new plumber from another company to fix it, he had to do a pull and resent and also fixed the flanger. He was an old timer and when he saw the installation job, he said, what a bunch of hacks.

Came out to family's house once. Failed to fix the issue after charging good money. After several repeat (and unanswered) calls to him after having PAID the man, we decided he is not trustworthy or professional enough to continue messing with our home.

Please look around. We only used this service because he was first able to get to the house, but it wasn't a service I could recommend. I would actually NOT recommend him. I would actively advise AGAINST him.
