Best Water in Saint Paul MN

Both of my toilets were clogged beyond what a plunger could remedy. Charles came out after hours and did an excellent job. He fixed the problem and even gave me an estimate on installing new toilets. I highly recommend him.

Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. He allowed us to peak over his shoulder and explained what was going on. He was very professional, worked quickly and kept his work space clean. Great service all around. After two visits with Freddy's and $500 later the main sewer was still taking water slowly. I hired Drain Busters to run a camera down the full length of the line and was told there was a large ball of tree roots. I told Freddy's before he started the cleaning that we have tree roots at '75 feet down. I knew this because the line was scoped in the past for different reasons by the city. Now I have to pay again for the line to be cleared correctly. Also didn't put down a tarp and got sewer juice on the carpet that we had to sanitize ourselves. He did assure me that he cleared the full length of '120 but the camera clearly shows he only went 95'.

Dan Blaylock and company are amazing. We initially called Roto Rooter, and they came out, were unable to find the drain out, pulled apart my toilet, did a little work, and charged us ~$400. Then proceeded to come out and 'run a camera', telling us that they HAD to perform $7500 worth of work to rip out the pipes in my yard (tearing up our yard) and put new pipes in. Additionally, the $7500 would not cover the price to repair the yard.

Uncomfortable with that, we got a couple others to come out and give us a second and third opinion. Dan came out, found the drain out within a minute in the house, said that his team was more focused on the pipe work rather than cleaning them out. He quoted about half of what Roto Rooter said, but he also hooked me up with the right people for the job. They came out and did an incredible job.

To have someone that is willing to put in the time with someone, without the sole focus of taking money is A. Amazing, and B. Certainly earned my trust for future work. This is how business should be done, focusing on long term relationships built around trust.

Thank you Dan and Team, you saved us literally thousands of dollars. Our plumbing is running perfect and you will not only have a customer for life, but a lifetime advocate for your company.

The actual root cleanup was done thoroughly. I did not appreciate all of the talk about insurance and cleaning - it felt really creepy to me - I just wanted my roots cleaned. Clearly you charge.such a high price because you hope people can use insurance. My root cleaning person didn't have really any way to clean up - he had a towel to put the icky stuff on, but he didn't have a bag for it or washclothes to clean up and he left spattering on the wall and damaged a base board - but he was thorough with the roots. I will use DrainBusters next time for sure - just roots, honest price, no scamming.

Tim was very prompt and then very efficient about getting the work done. This was for a system tune-up and check up on 3 systems. Quick, terrific service! Will highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Service Now. They were able to fit me in on an incredibly busy weekend and fixed our A/C problem quickly! Kevin was very friendly (even with the almost 100 degree temp he had to work in) and knowledgeable about the A/C unit we have and gave me maintenance tips to help keep our unit running.

Pedro is one of the rudest people I've ever come across. I asked him for a record of maintenance on my address and he acted like he couldn't understand English. I then questioned why he doesn't have a record system and he babbled off some excuse that wasn't even remotely in connection. I was going to have him come out and assess the tree roots in our pipes and get a recommendation on who to use to do the yard dig but he was less than inviting. One of the most unprofessional people in the business. If you're going to go with a small business owner, don't choose this one.

Absolutely a superhero company… they repaired our heating system within 6 hours on a weekend after a bitter cold spell! Thank you!
