Luke was prompt and courteous. He explained what he was going to do in a way that was easy to understand. Luke did a diagnosis of the furnace problem and told me what my options were. I am very happy with the service I received from him.

I really appreciated their responsiveness and they were very hospitable. They were there when I needed them. our water heater went out. I saw the commercial on tv and decided to call and they responded. They replace our old water heater with a vented one. It cost, but I think we were happy with not having to be foot deep in water every time we washed our hands or took a bath. I would totally recommend these guys.

We needed to get a new boiler and had multiple places come out to do a bid. Not only was Metro the best value, but they were so easy to work with. Andrew S and Josh A were our two technicians, and they did a fantastic job. Then, once they finished, Andrew didn't laugh at us (at least not to our faces) when we had him give us a step by step guide on how to do everything with our new boiler. (We took copious notes and, again, he didn't laugh.) Our new boiler takes up SO much less space, is energy efficient, and we're so pleased with our experience with Metro Heating and Cooling.

Everyone I've met from the plumbing side has been fantastic to work with. I've never felt talked down to or that my projects were rushed so they could move onto the next job. Their prices are reasonable and competitive. I have no hesitation hiring them for my next plumbing need.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Blake S. Did a furnace tune up this morning. He is an excellent technician. He said that our furnace is old but still running in good condition. Paul did an EXCELLENT job! He came here expecting to do one repair, but ended up fixing/replacing other things that I let go for too long. He did advise of potential safety issues, which, ultimately, led to me having all the items fixed. I’m so pleased! I’m single and have to rely on, and trust, people like Paul. I feel safer and happier, already, and he just finished the work. I will only use Aquarius Home Services for all my home repair needs.

I recently called to have 3 running toilets fixed! Josh, the plumber assigned to my case called before he came and gave me an ETA! What struck me, is how energetic and polite he was on the phone! So awesome to hear! He showed up when he said was going to, was sincerely polite in person as he was on the phone, and fixed all 3 running toilets!
