Pete was great! He showed me the where the problem was and why we had the back up. Was very helpful and pleasant while he was cleaning the drain.

We had ServiceToday replace our 30+ year old ac in 2019. This year the ac was not working properly so we called them to come out. They did not want to come out. Eventually, after complaining, a technician came out and inspect the ac. The technician did a leak test. Came back two weeks later and showed us that the indoor coil unit had leaks. They were going to charge us for labor, however, we showed paperwork that we were still under warrant for both parts and labors. Technician left and we received a call saying that the ac coil will arrive in 3-5 business day. That same day, a different technician stop by to inspect our duct system. He tried to sell us on replacing our duct with a price range of $6,000+. He said they can do the work at the same time with our ac coil replacement. We were not interested and did not go with any duct work. After three weeks of not hearing back from ServiceToday, we called the phone number that the technician gave us if we have any question. He did not answer or call back on the voicemail that we left. Later, we file a complaint with Better Business Bureau. After filing the complaint, we received a call from ServiceToday to schedule a visit. The next day, we received an email from BBB that ServiceToday have responded to our complaint. We check the response, and ServiceToday said that they have already send someone out to install the coil and had finished the job. The next day, a technician showed up to measure the ducts again. We asked about the coil, but did not receive an answer on the coil and was told someone will call us later that day about the coil. Since than we have also filed a consumer complaint with MN attorney general. At this point, it does not look like ServiceToday will replace the coil that is under warranty.

They were very informative and helpful in getting the work i called in for and a problem that happened just before they got there! Handled everything very well. Not pushy either!

Curella Co. did an amazing job repairing our offset pipe. Tony got us a bid in a timely manner and was good at communicating for when the ground would be thawed enough to do the job. I'd definitely recommend them.

I used Minneapolis & Suburban Sewer & Water to install a new sewer line at my home. They did a fantastic job and were very communicative, friendly and professional. I am very impressed with the results and would highly recommend them!

We have a private well and septic and they were able to work on it, which, if you don’t know, not all plumbers will work on wells and septic. Alan was very friendly and professional. They were super quick getting the job done and showing up on time. They also gave me a military discount which was greatly appreciate it. Overall just a really good experience and no more clogged drain so I feel like it was a win!

Charges a crazy fee for quotes. Only plumbing company I've encountered who does this.

This review is accurate. This plumbing company charges for quotes. Most others in the metro area do not.

Want to spend more and get passive aggressive? Go with this company!

Edit two: Do you want to work with a plumber who uploads your correspondence to their website if they don't like you? LOL. The unprofessionalism continues. While you're taking the time to read the correspondence, notice how he isn't transparent with pricing up front? Also take note that he wants to move it to a phone conversation as quickly as possible? Nothing like a contractor afraid of things in writing.

Probably not the cheapest service, but MSP Plumbing Heating Air was very reliable a few different times for various calls that I've put in. Always friendly scheduling staff and the plumbers are terrific. Would recommend for your needs.

I highly recommend Paul the Plumber! We needed our toilet replaced ASAP and Paul was able to get it done quickly! His price was reasonable and he informed us of a rebate in our area. Wow, Paul and his great team went above and beyond to resolve our issue!

I had a birthday party scheduled in the afternoon and woke up to a water pipe burst right in the morning ..very inconvenient. The lady who took my call was very accommodating and understanding and was able to help me get someone out here asap . Mr. Stephen was great 👍🏼 very helpful . He brought so much tranquility and professionalism. He was able to take care of our issue with great responsibility. I can’t thank him enough ! and Mr. Rooter’s team for the service I’ve received . We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

Absolutely disappointing and unreliable company. I work with a management company and was referred to Twin City Rooter for an emergency shower repair. Not only did the receptionist fail to return calls 2 different days, but 'Doug' was a no show for the scheduled date and time. After calling the main line and Doug's cell, I never got a response, a call back or rescheduled appointment. Completely unprofessional and I will not be referring them out to other properties.

This company does not have discount prices. One half hour of work to replace a small section of 1/2 inch copper pipe at a T joint was $688. No one comes out for free, and no one gives a quote without seeing the issue, even if it is a very common problem. Not sure other firms are cheaper, but this was probably $800 an hour for labor, or more.

Greg came out and took care of my broken handle on my toilet and put on a new toilet seat. Very professional and pleasant to talk to! I highly recommend!!
