Had them come to do mini split annual maintenance which was fine, since I had already cleaned the filters myself.They discovered a small gas leak in the basement and without asking plastered an 8.5x11 sticker onto my boiler to suggest future maintenance. I am grateful they located the leak! However, the plumber they sent as a follow up gave me a laughable $8k quote which included all sorts of unrelated work. I had my regular plumber come back and switch out an elbow joint to remedy the leak --under $100. Needless to say, I will not work with them again.

After 3 days of trying every possible non-professional tactic to clear our kitchen sinks, I gave up. I called RR early afternoon on a Friday, a technician(Andrew) was out in an hour. He was very kind and pleasant and explained well what needed to be done. Our fully clogged pipe (somewhere in the depths of the walls) was cleared while I sat outside taking a phone call. I really can’t speak to the value compared with others since I was in a pinch, but I am thrilled to have things flowing again. Thanks, Andrew at RR.

We have been customers of Krinkie's for many years. Their service is good - they are very reliable. Shane was very honest and knowledgeable on the condition of our furnace and AC. We decided to replace our furnace and AC. The crew (Andy, Joe & Donnie) that completed the installation worked very efficiently. If I had any questions - they were answered in language I could understand. They did a great job.

John is a true professional with a friendly, easygoing attitude and he is highly skilled at explaining what is going on every step of the way. Brandon of Master Plumbers came out to repair a leak for us. He gave us a call ahead of time to let us know that he was about 10 minutes out. When he arrived he got right to work. We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

My wife set-up an appointment to have an undermount bathroom sink bowl installed, to replace a sink bowl that had cracked. Joel arrived within the service window. It was immediately apparent that it was not work he wanted to do, for whatever reason. He informed me that it's a 'very rare' job...which is hard to believe as these are quite common. I had a replacement sink bowl purchased and ready to go. After pondering it a bit, he came back with a quote of $752. According to several contractor friends I'd spoken with, this is DOUBLE what the high-end cost for this job should've been. Joel noted that the job would take about 2 hours; it's was only sealing the sink to the marble and the reconnecting the pipes. So almost $400/hr for his time? I feel it was a straight-up swindle and he just inflated the cost so he'd walk out without any work and the $69 visit fee. I'm assuming this is a common practice with Soderlin, to inflate prices and then laugh all the way to the bank when they've conned the customer or walk away with $69 for 10 mins of poking around. We were scammed. I would caution working with this outfit, especially without any price range estimate before the service visit (which Joel said they don't do).
