Our AC was on its last legs, of course, right during the first heat wave of the summer. We use Rumpca for one reason-we trust them. We trust their people, their servicemen and their quality of installs. Our new Lennox AC had to be ordered and due to the heat wave, Rumpca installers were about a week out. Unfortunately, the temps were supposed to soar over the weekend and our old AC was on its deathbed. After a couple of inquiry calls to Rumpca, they sent a serviceman out to help limp our old AC along until the new one could be installed--this in spite of their techs packed schedule (due to other AC customers like me calling with issues haha). Like I said, we trust Rumpca. We have had used Rumpca to install our new Lennox furnace and now our new Lennox AC. If trust, quality of install and customer service are important to you, call Rumpca. Had MPS replace my water heater last April. Having issues with no hot water. Called & texted them for assistance, no response. Called the MFG to file a warranty claim and they sent Champion Plumbing next day which the issue was resolved and stuck me with $475 bill. The CP contractor said whoever did the install did a poor job and not up to code. RED FLAGS everywhere and my family could have been in danger! Enraged and called MPS to explain the situation and requested a reimbursement. Lady told me not going to happen and that I should've kept trying to get a hold of them. Explained I did my part communicating two ways, text and phonecall. Even more angry at this point. Lady couldn't do anything and needed to talk to the manager so I took down email and hung up. CP sent me pictures and a report on his service and discoveries so I forwarded to them to MPS. Thinking this will be resolved in my favor but was I wrong. They claimed CP's way of business is to lie to get paid. Well that is exactly what MSP is about. We wouldn't be here if the job was done properly and up to code the first time. I lost $$$ on MPS f'up. I hope they learn from their mistakes because luck is going to run out if they continue to do business this way. My intentions is not to discourage people from doing business with MPS, because we all need to eat, but simply to let others be aware to conduct the research on service companies prior to hiring someone for the job.

I had a terrible water sewage backup in my basement. They came out before the job and told me honestly about the problem. They were very nice and respectful and had professionals to help with each problem. They cleared my drain and were clean and respectful of my home. This is by far the most prepared and professional plumbing business in the area. They had all the best equipment and really well trained professionals. Jeb did a fantastic job. Thank you.

Was recommended by our realtors Scott and Todd Smith. Very up front and honest about pricing. Made sure to check if we could replace a part before replacing the entire hot water heater. Luckily it was just a new part. Saved us a lot of headache and money in the long run.

I recently had a new furnace installed in my St. Paul home by Aabbott Ferraro. After several other estimates Nick Steckhahn visited me and described the options in a clear and concise manner. He was very professional and did not pressure me into a decision. He was able to meet our financial requirements and arrange for the furnace to be installed the very next day. This was welcomed as it was still fairly chilly. The next day two employees arrived. The installation experience was as professional and pleasant as was the estimate experience with this company. Our new furnace was up and running in half a day and when Nick arrived to check the work he sat with us and answered all questions. We got a very good guarantee from the company on their work. I recommend this company as honest, professional and very capable.

Best price I could find, and they installed next day. Good customer service; they had a rubber mat for the stairs and took the time to keep my house clean. Polite install crew that did a little bit of extra work to make the finished install look good. It's rare to have contractors treat an install like it's their own house but that's how it felt. Would recommend to anyone.

I have been a customer for a few years now. I'm apart of the monthly Comfort Care plan. Just recently had Richard take care of a leaking sink. I believe they have fair prices and have not over sold me on services. I recommend trying them. Thank you Richard for you expertise!

Fixed leaky outdoor faucet that had befuddled both me and the handyman we used for other projects. Quickly diagnosed the problem with the packing nut and repaired it in five minutes. Charged reasonable rate.

We have used discount plumbing and drain cleaning on more than one occasion. The last visit was for a main drain clean out. Our drain was completely plugged. Could not use sinks, toilets or any water or it would come right back out of the floor drain. I called and they came out in two hours. The technician was friendly. Wore shoe covers and even put covers on the tires of the drain snake machine to protect my carpet. He explained what he was going to do and even showed me the tree roots he removed that were causing my issue. The area that he worked in was clean after he was done and my water is flowing freely. I would highly recommend this company. Lastly I called around just to check, and they were also the best price. A win all around.

We're grateful to Mitch and his crew for replacing our water heater. He was the first to respond and fit me in same day on a Friday. We knew it was going to be a tough install but he communicated the issues very well and once they were sorted I couldn't believe how fast they were finished. We will call Good Guys again for sure. Also I like it when you can call a plumber and actually speak to a plumber, not a customer service agent. Highly recommended!
